I noticed that your head goes forward as you're pushing the weight during the incline db press, is it reflex or is to stabilise yourself? Fantastic job btw.
PS: Edited for missing out on the key words. Ish... This post has been edited by mcbarney666: Jun 3 2009, 08:43 AM |

QUOTE(D_Predator @ Jun 4 2009, 03:52 PM) you gotta be kidding rite? If I recall correctly, he isn't bothered with having six-pack abs since it's not like he can -lift up his shirt in a mall to show them off.- Big arms are much easier to flaunt, on the other hand. but then again, exercise abs 2twice a week, do u get results?one more thing, do u watch ur diet? |

I have a 4 pack. That's enough for me. I'm not going to waste my time losing mass to cut to gain a 6 pack especially when I am a natural bodybuilder. Unless you're on drug assistance, it's not easy to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time without doing anything too extreme. It is possible but not easy. |

Malim, Malacca. Elite bodybuilders are born, not made. Bob Cicherillo (IFBB Pro) mentioned mentioned in this thread at bb.com that it is 97% genetics and 3% the rest which decides whether you can be a pro bodybuilder or not. I'm average height. 5 feet 8 and a half inches. |

You shouldn't be so disheartened. I couldn't even bench press the bar alone when i first started. You've got a lot more potential. Rome wasn't built in a day.
