I noticed that your head goes forward as you're pushing the weight during the incline db press, is it reflex or is to stabilise yourself? Fantastic job btw.

If I recall correctly, he isn't bothered with having six-pack abs since it's not like he can -lift up his shirt in a mall to show them off.- Big arms are much easier to flaunt, on the other hand. brows.gif

I have a 4 pack. That's enough for me. I'm not going to waste my time losing mass to cut to gain a 6 pack especially when I am a natural bodybuilder. Unless you're on drug assistance, it's not easy to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time without doing anything too extreme. It is possible but not easy.

haha... combined with biceps and triceps for 15 mins no rest at the end damn syok... kaka...

I've got very poor genetics. The only places I'm gifted at are my chest, shoulders and traps. I've got no bicep peak, period. But that's never stopped me.

well, u're right mate..but then again considering my height, and playing heavy weights, i dun think it's ok for me..but seriously, i think i'm kinda week la... cry.gif

u c, my max weight for me if i do a barbell bench press is only 27.5kg for each side... doh.gif
well,i can do that with perfect form but lil reps..maybe only 4...and my weight right now is 68kg..questiions is..is that my max amount of weight that i can push? hmm.gif ..or i'm at this flat muscle growth stage? doh.gif

You shouldn't be so disheartened. I couldn't even bench press the bar alone when i first started. You've got a lot more potential. Rome wasn't built in a day. It takes years and years.
