Hey darkie, first off: this journal is awesome. Have learnt quite a bit in my own BB journey.
I've got some n00b questions:
On Leg Day, you do Squats first as a warmup. I've read around and most recommend doing Leg Extensions first, to get the blood flowing and such. What's your take on this?
The vid of you doing the seated cable row, I see that you lean forward then pull the weight back. Is that the "proper" way? Because my rows are done with my back straight as a rod.
And kudos for the cable crossover vid. Been not getting a good pump with the way I did it before.
As usual, many thanks.

FST 7! I tried it out of curiosity when doing pulldowns but I only got to 4 sets before panting like heck. What's your take on it? Should it be done every workout as the last/finishing set to get the all important pump?
I wonder if it'll work with calf raises since it's Legs day today...

I noticed that your head goes forward as you're pushing the weight during the incline db press, is it reflex or is to stabilise yourself? Fantastic job btw.
PS: Edited for missing out on the key words. Ish...

Dude, I'm still learning even though I've a year and a half of solidly working out in the gyrm. Heck, I'm going in today trying to rectify my shoddy bench press! I guess it really is about trial and error for some and I think it applies to darklight as well. Remembered like he used to follow HIT or something.
Better late than never, Aztec!
