if i'm not mistaken, the modem is exactly as from Maxis but he'll give you the unlock code "open up" the modem


Maxis' statement on the free modem + RM150 upfront payment = marketing gimmick only.

if u take off the modem price (RM150), monthly subscription will just be RM18 for the first 5 months.

i guess it's just the way to lure customers to sign up.

last nite speed test got 3.06mbps

i was actually kinda surprised by how much you tube consumes bandwidth when i look at the data transfer recorded by maxis when i stream youtube.

all modem for maxis is locked is it?...are they going to unlock the thing after contract ends?...or we have to do it ourself?..
