i have a simple qstion about Maxis bb. near my house, there are many shops with Maxis bb promoter(a booth in front of the shops). but i'm curious, maxis bb bought from big shops, like Lowyat and those from small booths has no difference rite? sorry.noob question  |

playing game in facebook can affect my quota??
does the data volume logs is very slow to update...i saw 7 days ago with 0 usage??weird!!!
i got 2 month holidays soon..so i plan to terminate it....can i use the same simcard after to re-register back?

bro, i just registered for the usb package RM48, 1.5GB usage. only 2 days already used 300MB. tht time sign up, asked them, what will happen if after the 1.5Gb, they said only slow down. is that true. anyone can help?

may I know whether Maxis BB first bill will have hidden charges like stamp duty, prorate maybe? I'm still not receive my bill since my package was free for 2 months...  |

prorate on 1st month is a GOOD thing. this means u're not paying the full amount if it's only broadband service, there shouldn't be any stamp duty (i think it's called Service Tax-5%) cuz data usage is non-taxable. |

It is something similar like the year end deals 3 months ago.
you cant calculate the bill as RM18, since you already paid RM150 upfront.
but the free modem is real. and the modem is not that expensive, i've seen someone selling unlocked E176 for RM164
