yes, now seats are pre-assigned, but you can select if you want to pay. IIANM , RM5 for normal seat, RM15 for HOT seat.

btw, took flight KUL - Sandakan last week. horrible. i must have been the lucky 20% where flight delays. Delayed from 2pm until 4pm. reached Sandakan 6.30. dark already. sheesh. return flight was perfect.

of course peanuts for peanuts, but delays are somehow unacceptable. anyway, its peanuts

With MAS, we pay premier fares and then get premier services. During their promotion, we pay peanut but also get premier services.

AirAsia's bad on board services are already peanut services. So, if they don't merge our flight with other flight, or delay our flights just because of 'not enough passenger', then we pay peanuts and get peanuts.

If AirAsia delay or merge our flight with other flight, then it is consider 'We pay peanuts and get NOTHING'. Because we already lost our time which we can't buy with their RM200 voucher.

If bad customer services + flights delay/merge + rude staffs + staffs don't answer our calls = 'We pay peanuts and get NOTHING + lose much much'

just arrive to kk, sabah. first time took airasia.. likely to comment.. the seat are quite sempittt.. and another shocking things is.. kesian the air stewards.. i see them eating on plane.. no curtain covered.. just makan.. i look at her she look at me back.. nasib makan sopan..

Anyone noe how to count for the parking rate? is it based on daily or hours?

Example i park my car at 8pm on 10th May then back on 2pm 12th may its, if daily is 3 days but is based on hours on 40+ hours.

It's by hour if less than 24hr & daily if 24 hrs!
Max per day is RM36.50.

AirAsia System Error???

When i purchased the air ticket, all the time for departure or arrival that i selected was for evening time. I remember i selected 21:00. Then when i finally clicked purchase, the time booked showed as 09.00 morning. What's wrong with it? I have called AirAsia, they just said they can't do anything without flight time change with "charges of RM80 per way"

Damn it, means i have to pay another RM160 per 2 ways plus the increasing fee differences.
I rather buy another ticket again.

Feeling damn angry now. I feel like being cheated.

hai guys,kinnda need some opionion regards my friend flight schedule,he brought a KL (5-3-09)-MEL-KL....11-3-2009 return
but half way,he went to PERTH and have a nice vacation here, de problem is, he miss out the flight and will get any re-schedule flight or etc?

***he suppose return at 11-3-09 and MEL-KL...any possible he can change to PERTH-KL ???

maybe it's because the changed the flight time as well... this happened to me many times... they always changed the flight time without informing the customers earlier...
