practically every 15 minutes got one leaving as there's 3 companys serving the route.
With your internet print out, you can only board the red one. No need to exchange ticket; but remember, you have to print it out from the browser and show it when you went up the bus.

was about to ask the same question. do you mean we need to show the print out of the actual order record that we have from the website? can we just show them the itinerary?

and, this may (or will) sound stupid. is there any restriction to the baggage that we bringing in other than weight? i am very sure i saw someone posted something about maximum dimension allowed for the size of the baggage itself in this forum, but was unable to find it back

I meant the bus that you've bought should be in the itinerary IIRC. If it is, just bring that.
I think there is a specific instructions there when you book SkyBus online.

Anyway, weight is the main thing; never heard of maximum dimension, unless it's hand carry luggage.

Prohibited items:

Most airport practiced similar rules.

The seat no will be allocated during check-in. If u going in family, better check the seat b4 leaving the counter bcos one of my mistake is they separated me from my family in my return flight 3 days ago., lucky the single passenger willing to switch place wth me..

The RM5 u paid is for express boarding I presume? Since Express boarding is abit redundant after implementation of seat numbering, What they did is to allocate express boarding holder seats from row 1 to 5 & also 1 row in the middle beside the emergency exit door (Spacious). Also express boarding get to enter plane earlier..as usual....nahhhh just 2-5 min earlier than others

However this was an old packing currently nasi lemak pak nasser comes wth aluminium foil. For those who bought online (Cheaper by RM1), you will get the food 1st b4 others. Just show your boarding pass to them to confirm that u already paid for the meal.

Nowadays no need to rush for seat ady, since they will print out your seat number on your flight ticket when you check-in. They had already started it when I went to Macau last month.

guys i got a question
i just booked tickets for me and my friends...everything went smoothly, all names and details are filled in and checked and double checked before confirming the payment...i got a friend name Alice

so when the final pdf gets mailed to me everyone's name turned ok except hers which turns out Alic

i know this isn't my fault as everyone's name was right under the goinsure section b4 payment. and in the passenger details box. just the final pdf output missing one alphabet.

how can i resolve this? will air asia overlook this and refer to the passport or will they refuse her entry on the plan because of one missing E. is there anyway to make them correct it before the flight and will they charge me for their computer glitch?
