really???!!! i have no idea. the last i went to jakarta was on december 2008. and it was only Rph100k. last month to Makassar was the the same amount too Rph100k.

Flight purchased less than 24hrs, the credit holder should be there. It's in their T&C. For what purposes I'm not sure.
Previously one can still proceed; however, this early of the month or last month (can't remember), there's a case where the father help book a flight for his daughter which is less than 24hrs back to sabah. In the end, she was rejected to board. It came out in the paper.

So I guess they upgraded the booking pages to include this as cautionary measure.
Meaning to say, you can't proceed to help book your friend's flight.

1) Can I bring in my bagpack (Deuter 42l) as hand-carry luggage? It slightly exceeds the allowed dimensions, will there be a strict policy on dimensions for hand carry luggage?

2) If I were to bring in liquid, what are the procedure (without checking in luggage)?

So you have to luggage, and only pre-booked one; than you have to pay for the other.

Guys, do you think AirAsia will fly to the city which require at least one stop?

A lot of popular cities are very far away from Malaysia. For Example, U.S.A.'s New York and Los Angeles are very far away. So, flying to these cities may require at least one stop. Even MAS, although they have a record of non-stop flight from Seattle to Kuala Lumpur, they now fly to New York with a stop in Stockholm, and fly to Los Angeles with a stop in Taipei.

So, do you think that one day AirAsia will fly to the cities like New York and Los Angeles?

Is it for selcted dates?

I have never been able to get those RM0 fare.

RM0 fare usually at the beginning of the travel period..or last flight for example 9pm onwards..flights like in the afternoon usually wont hv rm0 fare lo..unless ur lucky.^^
