went to Kuching, my bag's handle putus, from Kuching to KL, they put the fragile sticker on my bag, arrive at the carousel the whole zipper and contents pecah! I mean, pecah! Complain it and they said we can't do anything, it's beyond our power. Those who took it out from the baggage compartment simply throw and you are not the first person to complain! That's what he told me. I'm boiling like what! Even my face is redder that the AA red! How could they be so irresponsible!!

i got a free upgraded seat to premium thru calling to the customer service centre and when i was checking in in the Chengdu airport, the chengdu AA manager did not allow me to take tat seat and forced me to the far behind seat bcoz the amount i paid is the normal price.. and embarrassed me in front of other passengers.

Felt so angry and embarrassing. Ended up the aircrew did not bother at all to ask me when i was sitting back to the seat i deserved to sit.

What is the point? It is empty anyway if they wanted me to sit behind. Why not gain some customer loyalty by allowing me get wat i was offered. Even in the boarding pass and itinerary written tat seat no.

This time I gonna tried having my pc open AA website using StreamyX and my laptop using my Digi 3G. See which can open. If Digi 3G can open, then confirm Streamyx problem.

For sure RM0 fare exclude all those-lah U teling me AA gonna susidise your airport tax also?

If all inclusive package comes to 0, I will booked everyday for my flight going anywhere. When I have times, I go, else just burnt it.

Im just asking whether or not its inclusive of airport tax cos look cheap for some destination if inclusive of tax. And if its not inclusive of tax, why are they claiming zero fare cos when you click the link it show prices that are not zero.
