i login via mobile.airasia.com, choose tix, then when wanna pay using credit card (mastercard), i got the error page, then i didn't dare to refresh, just close browser.

wonder if my cc kena charged onot?

i like club bamboo hotel @ patong but the location is very far from the beach (30min walk)

No need via mobile..even using normal Internet explorer kena such errors more than 10 times..& 3 times suspense till hv to call Credit card companies to confirm..

KL-Phuket 7/1/11 (depart 8.20pm) to 10/1/11 (all day) has RM0 fare.

i think AA should make it 2 days instead 5 days.. i cannot booking on normal ticks because got bee only

I did not put any ID/IC numbers when registered.. I just entered my name, address and mobile numbers... is that ok? I think we can manage to complete it later also? Ok or not huh...

Added on May 18, 2010, 9:40 pmI manage to get RM0 AA tickets for 3 adults and 1 infant... it cost me MYR211.00 to & fro (insurance included) for all fly from KLIA-BKI (Kota Kinaballu) Return BKI-KLIA....

Well pretty normal-lah...Me also sangkut atleast 10 times or more..keep on back & refresh at PAYMENT PAGE sumore although ask not too!! & called Maybank & Stand chart few times to confirm no charging..

No point email AA..they will not reply U need to call the bank

how ya? made my payment using maybank debit card.

What's the purpose of calling the bank? The payment already went through. Its just that AA automatic payment system didnt update the payment status.

This is what they told me via live help

Please be advised direct debit payment will normally take 2 hours up to 48 hours to confirm due to server lagness. If you've validated the payment had been made, therefore all you have to do is just wait for the booking to be confirmed. If your account has been deducted, please send a copy of your bank statement to us either by fax to +603 2160 9518 with attention the booking number. You can also email to us the bank statement in JPEG or PDF format to malaysia-support@airasia.com
