Call ambank lah...during my booking this Morning, I also call Stanchart twice bcos got error msg & once they confirmed still no booking due to me secure..thingy rejected, I re-apply the secure code & got it done after ~ 3-4 times!!

i pay thru cimb direct debit too, bank deducted but yet receive confirmation from AA。 its kl-hk, 294 return, include tax, insurance n meal(no luggage)

Call your card company to confirm-lah...I kena so many times everytime AA having promotions...Last time also same a syou & after confirmation my booking failed..I hv to re-book again..chances is...Kena rejected liao

Please be advised direct debit payment will normally take 2 hours up to 48 hours to confirm due to server lagness. If you've validated the payment had been made, therefore all you have to do is just wait for the booking to be confirmed. If your account has been deducted, please send a copy of your bank statement to us either by fax to +603 2160 9518 with attention the booking number. You can also email to us the bank statement in JPEG or PDF format to malaysia- support@airasia.com
