Eh shit, During the payment gateway where it make's us wait, It timeout error out of sudden. How? I got the slip from ambank stating payment is successfull

Seriously, Airasia is getting a lot of bad preception from me already. I understand that its a bussiness for profit but at least provide a decent customer service la, Want to talk to agent now must call premium line, WTF

Aiya, I paid by direct debit. Anybody got the same problem like i did? Do share how to settle this

This is what they wrote to me via live help

Please be advised direct debit payment will normally take 2 hours up to 48 hours to confirm due to server lagness. If you've validated the payment had been made, therefore all you have to do is just wait for the booking to be confirmed. If your account has been deducted, please send a copy of your bank statement to us either by fax to +603 2160 9518 with attention the booking number. You can also email to us the bank statement in JPEG or PDF format to malaysia- support@airasia.com

What's the purpose of calling the bank? The payment already went through. Its just that AA automatic payment system didnt update the payment status.

Common Issues:

1. Payment Error / Time-out / Payment showing “Pending” or “Need payment”
• Don’t worry if you see this message.
• Call your bank to find out if the transaction has gone through. If it has, it means your transaction was successful and you do not need to go through the booking process again.

2. I see my Booking Number, but No Confirmation Email received
• During promo periods, our site experiences high traffic and can get quite congested. It may take a longer time to receive confirmation emails. Please give it 24 - 48 hrs. Just make sure you've checked with your respective bank whether or not the transaction went through.
