QUOTE(cshong @ Feb 22 2010, 12:51 PM) "Cases doesn't mean they are not reliable". Still not worth to take the risk. With AirAsiaGo, you may face the risk of they did not answer your call when anything happened. If you book directly with hotel, you found some problem when you arrived at the hotel, and you show your receipt, at least the staff there will do something (e.g. accommodate you to another hotel free of charge). If you book through AirAsiaGo, the printed receipt only can proof that you book the hotel with AirAsiaGo, it cannot proof that AirAsiaGo send your booking to the hotel. When anything happened, and AirAsiaGo do not answer your call, you will understand why I say all these. However, I am just here to give advice. Follow or not, it is up to you. If anyone still want to use AirAsiaGo / AirAsia GoHoliday, go ahead. But, when anything happened, don't blame me for not giving advice. However, if anyone still want to use AirAsiaGo / GoHoliday to make hotel booking, my other advice: After your booking, call the hotel to confirm that they receive your booking. My previous experiences with airasiago were pleasant one . In fact i found it quite reliable. At least for me. However i found that you can check around say with sawadee.com to find the cheapest price for your hotel . Not all hotel In agrasiago is the cheapest but you can get some hotel cheap here . I finally confirm my reservation at Grand president Hotel at rm 185 per night with breakfast, which is the cheaper you can find . It is always cheaper to book online. Just call the hotel and confirm my reservation is in. Good advice to call and confirm .

In my experience, if you buy a ticket that was on "economy promo" fare, the ticket is non-refundable/non-transferable if you choose to cancel or move your dates.
If it's on normal or "Economy" fare basis, moving the date is possible but there is an admin fee of RM80(?) and + the difference in fare prices. Not sure if it is "refundable" though.
Your ticket should state the T&C of your fare and explain more.

If I recall the admin fee was RM200 (or maybe because I was changing 5 tickets?).
Sometimes it's cheaper to just buy new tickets from Air Asia.

If you dont buy anything, you dont have permission to check in bag. You can only bring hand luggage.

Some AA destinations include a basic allowance of "up to ... kg" Also, remember that the government requires airport tax to be refunded on request. I've got it back a few times from AA but MH has given me the run-around! 111

I actually did. Yesterday early in the morning I happen to browse around 1am for my Hong Kong ticket then I saw the ads. I thought the system haven't refreshed the price, so I test it again today, and it's still the same. That's why I posted it now ==!!
