I need to help a friend buy an AirAsia ticket. Preferably with cash and in real life, not online through credit card or banking.

Would KL Sentral have any booths that sell tickets? Or do I have to go to the airport?

Can I buy on someone's behalf, or would they need the physical ticket to fly?

Same things here. Lodge dispute to the bank and they will investigate.

Refer this for the AirAsia's sales offices addresses: http://www.airasia.com/site/my/en/page.jsp...4df6a10&nav=6-1

For more safe, provide your friend's email address, then ask the staff to send a copy of itinerary to your friend's email address. Or, you can also provide your email address, then just forward to your friend when you receive it.

If your friend is lucky, he/she may check-in by just give his/her IC / Passport to the check-in staff. But, your friend should print a copy of the itinerary and bring to the airport. Why I say so? Because even though AirAsia let passengers check-in without the itinerary, there are cases that the check-in staff claim that a passenger's name is not in the list when the passenger check-in at the airport. So, better ask your friend to bring a copy of the itinerary to the airport. Better be safe rather than sorry.

Tumpang tanya something here...

Does anyone know if AirAsia's flight from Pen to KL lands at which airport? It only stated LCCT but which one is it? The Subang one or the KLIA one?

Thanks!

Hey guys I need help. I put 15kg as my luggage but I forgot that I'm carrying 2 luggages and probably weigh more than 15kg. Is there anyway I can change it? I tried calling them to speak to a representative but it seems like I'm out of luck. Please help. Thank you.

My advice to you: Don't book any hotel through AirAsia website. There are cases that the hotel does not receive any booking after a person booked through AirAsia website. It is not worth for you to take the risk.

Change it to 25kg in the Airasia Booking Online or you just carry one beg into the plane and another one put into luggage.

I don't see any problem booking hotel with AA. Cases doesn't mean they are not reliable. Some more, the mistake case are everywhere even you book with Hilton. I have a problem with the booking at Hilton Hua Hin, does it mean Hilton website are bad?

"Cases doesn't mean they are not reliable". Still not worth to take the risk.

With AirAsiaGo, you may face the risk of they did not answer your call when anything happened. If you book directly with hotel, you found some problem when you arrived at the hotel, and you show your receipt, at least the staff there will do something (e.g. accommodate you to another hotel free of charge). If you book through AirAsiaGo, the printed receipt only can proof that you book the hotel with AirAsiaGo, it cannot proof that AirAsiaGo send your booking to the hotel. When anything happened, and AirAsiaGo do not answer your call, you will understand why I say all these.

However, I am just here to give advice. Follow or not, it is up to you. If anyone still want to use AirAsiaGo / AirAsia GoHoliday, go ahead. But, when anything happened, don't blame me for not giving advice.

However, if anyone still want to use AirAsiaGo / GoHoliday to make hotel booking, my other advice: After your booking, call the hotel to confirm that they receive your booking.

This should be great advice than anything. Mostly I understand what you are trying to say but personally I don't think booking with AAgo, can go that troublesome. Its easy, few days after booking with AAGo, email and call the hotel you confirm your reservation.

I think you have to check ur terms n conditions of your tickets coz some are allowed while some are not.
U better call airasia customer service directly to see if ur ticket allows name change.
