OK... just found out. The name change only can be done if u r book on normal fare, which promo fare can't.

Change of route/destination is impossible.

Chang of date is possible, with additional charges.... i just some of my flights to catch-up for new flight to Tianjin....

Initially Miri -> KL -> Guangzhou. Now moved guangzhou to other date. Become Miri -> KL -> Tianjin... but the Miri->KL time need to change. Paid RM75 /pax

there are 2 situations that normally people will said airasia always delayed.....
now meaning of flight delayed is u will be given a notice within 24hrs depature time. in this case u can claim rm200 from airasia.
if they send u a notice and saying that your flight will be retime either from your actual time, that doesn't mean "flight delayed" it is flight been "retime"..... you can't get any claim from them....

but i really don't know how they consider a flight has delayed??? do they consider flight delayed even 30min late?? or 15min late?? tongue.gif

The delay is only for >3hr. Mean if u delay 2.5hr, u get nothing.
If they retime to the time that u dun wan, u can call them to complain, sometimes they give another time or just refund u as credit for another flight.

U mean the airasia web-check in? It has been there long time oredi. Very convenient if you do not have any check in luggage, just web check in then print out the boarding pass and go.

Now with the new seat selection, once we do web-check in, we can see our seat no.. and Airasia is so KIND to let us select seat after web check-in, but have to PAY la.... same charge as you pay for select seat when u purchase the ticket.

i bought for a zero fare ticket last year (travelling in july this year)... the flight that i booked supposed to be at night... then now i just discovered airasia had changed my flight to the morning and the route only have 1 daily flight now (before that they had 2 daily flight)...

so in the end, i booked for new ticket with MAS since the airasia time is inconvenient for me... can i ask for refund from them?
*
Now already too late to ask for refund.... call them and ask them to give you different date. Which u may want to travel in late this year or next year. Hopefully this will come as FOC, as they changed the timing.
Otherwise, pay RM 75 to change ur flight to other date lo.

Hey guys I need help.  I put 15kg as my luggage but I forgot that I'm carrying 2 luggages and probably weigh more than 15kg.  Is there anyway I can change it?  I tried calling them to speak to a representative but it seems like I'm out of luck.  Please help.  Thank you.
