According to http://www.airasia.com/site/en/page.jsp?reference=wci , you need to proceed to the Document Check Counter to stamp your boarding pass before you go to the gate. AirAsia self check-in counter available at all airports, open 2 hours and closes 45 minutes before scheduled time of departure. AirAsia X self check-in counter is available at all airports, it opens 3 hours and closes 60 minutes before scheduled time of departure.

Someone complain at NCCC about AirAsia's convenience fee. http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/index.php/aduan-...rd-transaction- . Don't misunderstood, I am not the one who complain.

Few weeks ago,I read in the Chinese paper, Guang Ming Daily, the president of Penang Consumer Association has voiced his concern re the convenience fee.

Anyway, just remember that we still have the choice of making payment by direct debit from bank account to avoid the fee.

I thought the worse of it:
What if AA do not impose this convenience fee, but just increase the airfare by RM5 to cover this so-called "convenience"?

i'm not sure if its the same everyday. but when i went to bali last month, we have to verify the boarding pass at the counter at the far right side.
if you're not sure, just ask any of the workers there. tell them you have already done web check in and wanna check in ur bags.
at the counter, they'll verify the boarding pass by chopping it andden check in your bags.

Its not like that. Buy 1 night, free 1 night. Thats means if you only need 3 nights, you have waste another free night and I believe if you try to book 3 nights or 4 nights, the price should be the same.

Hey, haih Air Asia pretty sad man... i recommend u guys to book tickets for ur flight before 3pm because on the 20th,my flight will depart from LCCT at 5pm to Bali. I was really unlucky as my flight was delayed till 9pm.. so i i guess its better to depart early from LCCT so there is a lesser chance ur flight will get delayed.
