No, not yet, but this is what i'll be getting, the contractor do not want to want to let me know the price of this design alone, only quote RM5100 for the ground floor plastering.

Can use LED, invest bigger and more expensive driver. Else you risk burning the driver or like some forumer here the cheapo driver change many times.

Unless they use high Watt LED, if not the brightness can't match with T5. T5 is so much brighter compare to most LED. Well unless you use 3W or 5W maybe is difference comparison.

Lighting point (downlights not incl) & Wiring for 22 x $45 = $990
L box (Living) & Study Approx = $1754
Which means the Dining S Design = RM2356??? mad.gif

I really need to talk to contractor again.... sad.gif

RM5100 is for the 3 areas for ground floor, 1st floor aka upstairs no need plastering cos ady provided by developer, just need to add wiring for extra lights.

Btw, the market price of RM2.30 for normal plaster incl painting??

U guys have been helpful, many thanks!!! notworthy.gif

I guess your main issue is without itemize listed down with price, else you will be very clear.

My plaster ceiling quotation is like below:-
Ceiling 2230sf x 2.30= 5129
main hole 18" x 4 = RM 220
Fan Hook : 8 x RM15 = 120
L-Box 94sf x RM10.5 = 987
Total RM 6456

Downlight hole FOC

Hence it give me a clean indication what they charging me for.

rm2.3 is normal market price for plain board (no design one, straight only), normally not include painting.
