My subscriptions period is from November until now.. almost 5 months... hopefully it's not to late. Yes, according to the technician, if i need to get back the refund, i have to go directly back to the reseller as i purchase the package via reseller and not directly to them.. this is what the guy told me. i was astonished when i once used izzi, so smooth with download n surfing.
 i change my package from izzi you to izzo pro, paying some extra fees of course, after finding out that i can totally NOT play online game with 'you' but enjoy myself using my friend's 'pro' to play. The reseller told me that i cant change my package when i called them  , but the technical support team who came to my house terus offer me the upgrade, sweet  .After one month, the goodness stopped... -everytime it rains (sini kl, so it's like every afternoon + the super thunders), they closes down the connection... -many times at midnight (best time to frag n pawn), the connection suddenly shuts down for a few HOURS -the download speed was so sweet b4 the big n long period of connection cut n slow down for nearly one week(according to the person that i spoke to at the hotline, it was an UPGRADE due to the growing users)... now, the speed test sux n the latency is extremely jumpy, after the UPGRADE, these two can already kill my gaming life, better u kill me...  by the way, i'm at sunway area This post has been edited by nbee: Apr 7 2008, 11:03 PM |

It is not a good option for me,coz i am using streamyx although sometimes it is sucks but most of the time ,i stay at home .Maybe i will subscribe future,but there is no service available at Taiping yet.A suggestion to Izzi,Taiping is growing quite rapidly,so the demand will be higher.Consider it.

i noticed this
during d 1st 2 weeks of subscription, i constantly got speed at least 400, up to 900kbps den after 2 weeks, d speed dropped but still bearable (can surf smoothly la) STRAIGHT AFTER 3 months (90 days), d speed dropped to a reali unbearable speed i need 30 seconds to load google (same goes to lowyat.net) and i cant even log in to msn but if i asked for refund now they oni give me half back rite? and also deduct some usage charge rite? considering switching to netlynx |

For the call them up part, i think my agent, technician has already heard quite alot from me, and i don't think more calls could make them improve faster, hehe. I'm not looking for any compensation or complain any agent or reseller, i just wanna enjoy what i have paid for and looking forward to a better service... |
