i dun think i even bother to call up their centre after hearing all those you guys have experienced. maybe i'll just straightaway cancel it if the speed still sucks for the following month. no point calling them up if its due to station area overloaded. nothing they can do except for building more pipes. maybe i'll think about U-mobile surf.

actually, you should call them up... let them be more aware of the situation. They would consider to build more tower around that area upon lots of subscriber's complain
*
by the time they are aware of the situation, i think i've already waited for months before they taking any action. They can't just expect customer to start complain only then start to build more tower. they should have a proper upgrade plan when a certain area reach its unacceptable level of users, not by waiting for complaints only upgrade ma.

@kevyon6, your location is desa serdang? how is your connection at desa serdang all this while? as in talking about overall, since the day you applied for izzi. thanks
*
overall for the first 3 or 4 months, its been pretty good. bandwidth usually around 700kbps to 900kbps+ and even tops up at 1Mbps. For the past 1 month plus, the bandwidth is dropping to merely 300-400kbps during the night time. i guess they are getting more subscriber in this area already.

This is depends which area u stay and also ur area got coverage for Izzi net or not.
You can request them to go over to ur house to test out the connection speed 1st b4 u subscribe.
my advise to u is.. Pls make sure u really test it out 1st b4 u decide what ISP to use..  biggrin.gif
good luck!

basically, no matter where you stay, sooner or later the bandwidth you are getting will eventually drop to a snail speed once the tower in your area is overloaded with users. its just a matter of how long you can enjoy the early high speed.

Yesterday, the speed was good and i'm getting nearly 900kbps from the morning till the evening but when nite time comes, it falls to only 300kbps vmad.gif

by the way, where the heck is there head office located? couldn't find it in their website.

yeah wesley, i believe there are still a lot of unanswered questions like how much every month have to after the 12 months contract and do we need to sign up again once it ends or it automatically continues? and if we cancel after the 12 months, do we still need to pay for the rm180 admin fee?

hope someone can clear things up?

even you have 100% signal, you won't get a high bandwidth if the tower within your area is congested with users. So in the end for those suffering from low bandwidth pray hard that izzi will erect more towers to accomodate more users within the radius.

the top up system already up and hopefully within the next 2 months before my contract ends, i hope they have more towers here in serdang and balakong area. They should have coz there are a lot of potential subscribers here since there are a couple of universities nearby.
