QUOTE(ah_khoo @ Feb 23 2008, 11:29 PM) bro, be considerate lah... bro -pWs- is doin this volunteerily, he's not gonna monitor d thread 24/7. he did update regularly, imo he deserves more respect than any sifu here. easiest way for him to keep track, u guys just pm him d latest result. to update db he need to go through every page. r u willin to do that? All AM2 sifu here deserve my respect. Without them I won't have the knowledge to OC Previous post was posted on behalf of my friend. He bising2, next time I'll just ask him to PM (why didn't I think of that ) On my next OC and if I wish to update my database, will 1 hour OCCT acceptable ?

I dont think AMD C n Q will work properly with your overclocked proc as you have raised the voltages, while C n Q operates with stock voltages. Use crystal cpu ID. With it you can set the proc to operate at lowest possible voltage n multiplier at idle to save on electricity and heat and set it to your required oc levels for gaming and other stuff. It works to adjust the settings automatically just like C n Q

QUOTE(mizivincible @ Feb 24 2008, 03:42 AM) Is it true that in XP super pi runs 1 sec faster than vista ? How if I turn off all the startup load ? Still the same ? Last time forgot to try pulak. If 1 sec then makes alot of difference wooo... windows 2003 > windows XP > windows vista vista definitely not suitable for Pi benching windows 2003 is around 0.3s faster than windows xp when full tweaked. safe mode is not a proper way to reduce the starup load. you'll get something wrong with cpu-z try this open 'run' > type 'msconfig' > in general tab, tick diagnostic setup > click ok, restart
