always stick to 16 up 16 down for HT Link bandwidth
5-5-5-15-2T = Cas Latency - RAS to CAS R/W delay - Row Precharge Time - Row cycle time- 1t/2t Command timing
Screw those gigabyte bios programmers , sh*t & confusing bios options

it's not nvidia chipset unique feature to have this HT link 8 bit up 8 bit down
That's the characteristic/ option of hyper transport
AMD chipset mobo also have this option ( it's nothing to do with nvidia or AMD )
a good example is TA690G , this option is available on it.
of coz, some mobo might not have this option.
it's all depend on bios programmer whether wanna write a complete/ good bios or not


what i'm trying to say is gigabyte bios programmer didn't arrange the ram timings properly ( for the ease of user )

Can recommend a good SLi mobo which has oc features par or almost complete tweaking mode like Biostar TA690g ? Thinking to try SLi but not in the moment la. Budget should be not more than RM400 or less.

should be careful to choose SLI mobo. some of them not support fully 2x 16x PCIE while SLI-ed...
