cooler fans running
gc running
no red LED (both)

Tried with other proc, still same
Swap ram slot, same
Dissemble all parts and install back, fail too.

EDITED : Went thru Alphamatic website - But, what its related to Biostar product bro DB ?

Done, give up trying. No boot no nothing. Tried everything but still cant. Suspected the mobo is the culprit.

Okie ! Noted. Packing up my mobo, ready to RMA tomorrow. And hoho I almost forgot to replace the stock cooler mounting, if they found out I using 3rd party cooler surely they'll find reason to cancel the RMA. Hope it goes thru well. Thanks bro db, later belanja u teh o ais limau

Here's the thing, after I get to 2.8ghz, I restart to push higher. After restart it suddenly hang at the Biostar green screen, restart few times but couldnt get into BIOS too. It just stucked at green screen there. So I decided to reset CMOS (With the power unplug). After that switch on, the only thing running was cooler and GC, both of the red LED wont lit, and the green biostar screen also didnt appear, just a black screen nothing happend. Tried other ram slot, different ram, different processor, run with minimum hardware installed, try onboard and standalone gc, reset CMOS, plugged out the battery for 5 minutes, 30 minutes. All fail. No boot screen, both mobo LED wont lit, nothing happend.

The downside of oc

Its resetting the CMOS using pin bro. Of coz u have to unplug the power before doing that.

The thing is after I switch on the system was running, its just it wont boot anymore no matter what method I tried. But have to do everything just to boot it up shows that it has problem so if can rma why dont

Sorry for missing out your point there. The scenario is I reset the CMOS jumper while the caps still store electricity right bro ? Yeah I didnt discharge the caps, after plugging off the power I straight reset. Its just the thing before and after resetting, before reset it managed to go to the biostar bootscreen but hang, after reset still the system power up but its just a plain black screen.

Yeah as long as it 'can' be RMA-ed, just afraid any sia suey reason that it cant, touch wood

AMD TS is poisoning ppl into darkside is a sin you know -pWs-. Some more poison AMD master db. Both of u guys go out then mati la its like Jedi Council without Yoda and Windu (But I dont know which one of you wanna be Yoda or Windu la haha)

Actually I was thinking the same too, but better save up some money later only upgrade on shot. AMD hasnt failed me yet in any application nor gaming so I dont see reason to migrate

I remembered last time I was using matlab 6.0 it works on my 4000+ Brisby. This sem still yet to use matlab so havent install yet. Anyway by stating cannot use Matlab 7.0 hows that happen ? Means cannot execute the matlab application or during calculation or solution ?

No la, just incase go there and change, they check can boot then mahfan lorr. This week unbootable week, we'll see who's next haha

Dont dont, dont change platform la. Altho darkside can oc higher - but in reality it doesnt do much differ, can only see thru benchies. Actually me also thinking the same but after consideration I put on hold.

Touch wood Later they'll come after me then die lorr. Anyway I think it affects all the chip, last time my 4000+ I oc in my aircond room need lower voltage then usual ambient temp. I think after this I'll try naked system inside aircond room got any difference or not.
