according to xtremesystems, those new 9-series quad core intel proc need more vtt and vNb to reach higher clock.... vcore should be lower as its 45nm... can go xtremesystems there to refer to... and also the GTL references...

its 9450, but i think can be reference for q9300, q9550 as well as its also 45nm quad...

But they put a lot of VTT. I think they just bench only.

bro, did you enable or disable the vdroop control in bios?

i do enable vdroop control for my mobo... but currently i not using quad cores... using e8400 with vdroop enable + GTL references tuning, i can get my e8400 to run at 1.3375 vcore in bios for 4ghz...

yeah abit lack features..im oso still headache to tweak this UT

UT xtra heatpipe does some improvement only, now my NB temp idling at 47c at a very hot and no wind conditions cyberjaya... with 1.37v NB Volt and 445FSB... PWM idling at 48c with transpiper on with a fan flowing on the transpiper heatsink...

hot weather like now... = 49c load... sometimes 50c in a freaking hot noon...

Any more extreme benchie?

last nite got trouble going above 450..

this morning wake up and continue tweaking .. currently @ 460x7 .. running prime rite now to check the stability..

well as i said before i dun expect extreme benchie with this cheap 45nm quad.. 8x multiplier is very2 frustrating coz it limits the oc a lot. if only it has 9x or 10x multiplier...
