Your robo looks fine, like robos its age are suppose to look like. I specially raise only robos. I should know.

Anyway, I think I agree that each hammie have their own taste. Since I only raise robos, I notice that some don't really like boiled egg white. Like fat fat (passed away jor. RIP) only takes a bit of egg white. She just nibbles a little. But she likes vege. Pammy on the other hand LOVES boiled egg white. when i open the tank cover and stick in the egg white, she will run here and there chasing the egg white. She will attack the egg white before it lands in the bowl. She eats veges after egg white so I guess egg whites are her favourite.

It's not abnormal, don't worry.

My WW has suddenly become aggressive. Before it has never been very tame but it does accept food from my hands even tho it doesnt let me pick i up.

But now, its starting to bite ppl. It's never bitten anyone before since I had it (a few weeks ago) but now when i give it food, it doesnt look at the food instead tries to bite my finger. and when i put my hand in the tank, it darts inside it's house and screeches

U mayb do somethg on ur hammies tat led hammies to phobia? U hav to consider this fact as well. Or u hv been few weeks doesnt pay with it? So ur hammies doesnt use to it anymore?

dunno la. i dont think so. Been playing with it at least once in 2 weeks days. When i first got it, it was very scared and screeched but after a few days of letting it get used to my hand in the tank, it was ok. Can't pick it up but at least it did take food from my hand.

Tot it was getting tamer. Then suddenly this few days become super scared again

maybe ur hand got smells?

washed with soap already. Its not just one time. It was this past 2-3 days.

at first i thought mayb not enough food, but gave it quite a lot already.

Then u have to tame ur hammy start from very beginning. No choice. Good Luck.

the soap smell on your hand also not very good.
should make sure your hand is odourless,
you should spend more time with your hammy.. once in 2weeks just too little.
should spend at least once in 2days with your hammy..
just be patience in taming your hammy.

My hamster also like dat. If i let it out it will run run like there is no tomorrow. So scared or what i dunno. Maybe its natural for dwarf hamsters. Anyone got russian campbells that stay still and let u pat its back?

pregnant? anyway if ur ww is not tame yet u Have to spend lots & lots of time with him/her.. only when she's tame dy then u can handle her less.. this is about ww la.. RC kenot do liddat wor.. my RC will bite if i 1 week din sayang sayang it lolz..

today is the second day i spend with my hamster so far he never allow me to touch him yet. each time i touch him. he will jump and stare me like warning me "leave me alone"
i feed him 2day but he push my hand back. he did`t bite me yet so far
does syrian hamster allow owner to carry him up??need help here thanks
he sleep the whole morning yesterday share my hamster picture

push u away ar.. so cute.. but if he din bite means already half tame lo.. u need to spend time with him more often before u can just pick it up, cos he may dun like n bite u, who noes? maybe wat u can do is put food on ur palm n put ur hand inside the cage.. then when he gets on top, sayang sayang him while he eats.. do this often n he will get used to it..

btw, mind share some pics? i got a sudden craze on syrian now..

thanks for advice but i did for these two day
i put alot of food on my palm,but he just sniff only i always put my hand let him sniff my smell
sometime he also find the way get out the tank

not so fast 1 normally... u need bout few weeks more. just spend more time to talk with ur jojo, hand feed him... b4 u touch him, rub ur fingers with bedding then talk softly with him n slowly sayang it's back. then try to put ur palm n see if he allow u to cup him up or not. if he run, hand feed him sum treats n again sayang him back... dun force to catch it when he run, this will make him more panic with u. slowly repeat these steps everyday, sure he will surrender n come to ur palm 1 day. remember to wash hand after u play with him. sumtimes even when u dun hav the time to play with him, u can always sit infront of the tank n talk with him. let him familiar with ur voice n smell. but make sure u dun kacau him when he is sleeping.

yesterday i was at Pet Safari, when i past by the hamster section,
Then i saw diz 2 kindda hamster, gerbil if i'am not mistaken...
1 pair, both female...i did ma goggling, but want some opinion from those which do keep gerbil..
So here r some question i would like 2 ask u guys out there...

1)The price is RM 300 for a pair, is it reasonable?
2)Does keeping a gerbil the same as keeping a hamster?
3)Do share some experience...
