yesterday i went to the vet to check why my hamster sneezes.
the doc said its nothing harmful. just normal sneezing. Missgeek, your Mofo eyes is the same like my Montee. bi-colour also..maybe becoz we bought them from the same place,so they are siblings maybe? i've been bitten by my Montee twice and bleed. but it wont stop me to play with him. |

QUOTE(missgeek @ Jan 11 2008, 05:02 PM) [attachmentid=376718] maybe we should call him Miki mouse.. Here is Miki latest pics! He's pretty tame now, we just made a breakthrough last nite! He stepped onto my palm volunteerily!!! Yeay! But I have a Q to sifus: 1. Why Miki is more 'mouse' look than my other syrians? He has bigger ears too... I hope he is not cross-breed or something 2. Is it normal for syrian to have a longer body? I see the rest of my syrians have rounded and stokier body. Miki body is longer and slim 3. Miki smell the worst! my montee haven't give any bad and obvious smell yet unless you put your nose inside the tank.. how much does breeder celect cost per pack? and how many grams per pack? |

your hamster is a syrian?
if syrian, try to find 8 inch wheels.. most of the petshop sell big wheels..try to ask them if they have.. |

QUOTE(frostfox @ Jan 12 2008, 09:54 PM) hey..one time i didnt know anything about hamster and i put 2 white hamsters together for a week , one day i found the girl hamster breathing very slowly and she couldnt move , her ass was a kind of black color (abnormal color)and it was like she was gonna die..I tried taking here to the vet but was pronounced dead when i arrived there why kind of hamster did you put them together? morale lesson, always do some research and google first before getting any pets.. at least you know the basic necessities of your pet.. |

waa fumoffu testicles is humongous ..
for me to tame my syrian, i always have one regular session with my hamster everyday.. when Montee woke up at night, i always put him on my bed. let him play around for awhile, let him familiarized with me ... for 10-15 minutes is enough. so funny looking at him moving around with his big ass.. once done, i always give him some treats.. now Montee dont bite me anymore...he will stay put in my palm, not trying to run away like before... but to my concern.. he is quite smelly nowadays.. i wonder why i changed his bedding once in 4 days.. but when i smell his body, there's some unpleasant odour.. not that strong unpleasant odour.. only can smell if i put my nose near his body.. |

QUOTE(GodLuvSxS @ Jan 18 2008, 01:35 PM) Which brand of hamster food you guys feeding? I feed with the LM animal farms brand, any better alternative with better smell and greater nutri? If possible it's cheaper, i got 9 WW to feed LOL if you care so much about your hamster, find a good nutrition hamster food such Prestige or Harry Hamster..if you want to cut the cost, just mix them with habitrail hamster food.. if you cant afford to give good food for your hamster, why bother to have 9 hamster? |
