No,refer to your agreement letter. There will be a number to each borrower. Why hassle to pay from CIMB,M2U or others? Just try the FPX system where each transaction is charge only RM0.50. I do pay my loan every 2 months,as long as you pay you will not get warnng letter.

Yes, refer to your agreement letter. Else, call them up to help. They are quite helpful these days. For methods of payment, they usually state it in the overleaf of the statement sent to you. All useful FAQ is listed there. smile.gif

Paying via M2U or CIMB can be done by just few clicks of the mouse... Thus saving all the hassle of writing a check, sending it, etc...

I paid using maybank2u, everyone has their own unique "NO SURAT TAWARAN" and "NO PIN"... When paying, remember to type the "NO SURAT TAWARAN" in so that they know which account you are paying for...

I have been trying to pay my loan but until now when i type in my IC number ,it always comes out "INVALID IC"

Most probably due to my IC two middle numbers are "87"

Thats why the system cant verify it.

I have been calling the stupid PTPTN to rectify the error and until now i have been to CIMB to try to pay,and also they say invalid IC.

I have been charged RM 360 admin charges already and I dont think I am going to pay up already.

Wait for them to send me a letter ,then only I will F*** them kau kau...

Damn stupid, wan ppl to pay up,but cant even get my IC right.

Try to pay even it is very troublesome now. If not, you will get more troubles in the future...

It's like taxes, they take immediately what you owe them but need months to repay any extra amount they took wink.gif

Pegawai Perhubungan Awam PTPTN.
