No,refer to your agreement letter. There will be a number to each borrower. Why hassle to pay from CIMB,M2U or others? Just try the FPX system where each transaction is charge only RM0.50. I do pay my loan every 2 months,as long as you pay you will not get warnng letter.

Added on August 4, 2009, 8:25 amI received a notice from PTPTN,those who never pay they will blacklist ur name at the immigration office.U cannot go overseas...

I read this too but i think is not applied to everyone. I have friend who didn't pay for 1 year+ and yet is able to go overseas.Don't know how is the actual situation behind.

@Reformist,but the problem is the interest is still 3% from last year's announcement. Does this going to take a decade to establish?

Hmm.. from what I heard, it was 3% at 1st, then became to 1% and then 0%. I'm kinda lost myself, which is which? Perhaps I've heard it wrongly...

It is still 3% charge on admin fee,not 1% yet. I have been waiting for long time.

Why so mah fan? I got first class and the loan was converted to scholarships. I borrowed the max amount: RM82,500. You know what? Then, I moved to work in Singapore coz I don't have any obligation to repay the money. PTPTN scholarship has no bond, so you are free to leave the country smile.gif good eh? much better than any other scholarships.

For those who are studying and taking PTPTN loan, you know what to do. Follow my foot steps and you'll earn big money while studying and working smile.gif

I think only applicable to those graduating in 2018. I could be wrong but if can start paying, then just pay lo.

Yeah, graduate in 2018 will be entitled in delaying payback.
