Chased them a few times and their excuses never stopped. I told them to have it delivered to me on the same day no matter what.

Received a call from their manager later and said that she would be passing by my area before she reaches home so she'll pass it to me. I met her somewhere near my house and collected my parcel.

Since I will be receiving quite a number of parcels from these guys, we should work some stuff out so they don't get bothered by me ever so often.

Agree, never use Skynet. I lost 2 GPS navigaton units ( 1 unit Garmin & 1 china make) which cost close to Rm1,000 and they only agree to pay Rm100 after much argument with them. They r the most irresponsible courier service company and totally cannot be trusted.
The incident happened when my parcel did not reach my supplier for more then 2 weeks and my supplier had to go the Skynet office personally in Butterworth to check. Only then they found the parcel was tampered and on opening they found the box was empty. They cannot deny it cos the parcel was opened at the Syknet office and witnessed by the counter cleck and the branch manager. The recorded weight of the parcel at both the sending and receiving end were all different.

Never Never use Skynet!!!

As for my case, they say i have already received the parcel but in fact i did not.

They show me the tracking code and i found my name there. The address i put my office but there are total 3 floors, they wrote there 11 floor and the IC number of that person who share the same name as me is a girl's IC(even number).

I wonder how they went up to 11th floor to send the parcel... bad experience with them and will never use SKYNET again!!!

1st problem,my address blur,they cnt seen, I sent address to them by sms,and they guarantee will priority delivery to me yesterday .
2nd problem, they out for delivery on 12:11pm,not more thn 1min, they delay my items today, I called them,they gv me reason was no enough staff to delivery

My 2nd item also will delivery by today,since 11:39am out for delivery till now,they not yet cum

next time I will change to ABX，more efficiency, mayb my house close to ABX office,they delivery by Motor around 12pm+
Skynet hv to wait till 4pm+

Please forget about this company.
They never send parcel, I guess their staffs is not even working everyday.
After 3 days of fake online tracking, I call them and they say they cannot find my address, but they never call me to tell me.

U got tracking, and said it is fake ? Whats the status inside tracking ?

My experience:

Item sent from Subang Jaya on Thursday 20 Sept 2012.
Based on the online track, item arrived at Skynet Kuching around 9am 21 Sept. 2012. But not delivered. Tried to call 082255992 on 22 Sept. but no answer.
Called on 24 Sept at 10am. Till now at about 4pm on 24 Sept, not delieverd. Excxuses are : no delievery boy, tyre punctured. WTF.
Never returned call to update update despite promised.
Then gave me phone number of deleiveryman and ask me to call. WTF, they should call and ask the idiot to call me.
What sort of courier service is skynet?
I will make sure that people who send items to me does not use this idiot courier.

The tracking number is real, the status is fake, I've encountered this quite a few times already so I know their trick.
So after 3 working days, they finally pick up my call and they say "we can't find your address", what kind of excuse is that?
They don't even give me a call that they can't find my address.

Still ending up that I need to go to their office and pick up again.
This is the 6-7th times.
Too bad the sender didn't inform me he will use Skynet before sending out, or else I'm sure to reject that sh*tty courier company.

Wow... this really doesn't sound good for a courier company man...
anyway, avoid them at all cost...

YES.... avoid at all cost. Seems so many complaints an yet they are not bothered at all. They don't bother to improve.

I told them ok if they can pay for my transportation charges.
Anyway, why should I go and pickup. It is supposed to be delivered to my address.
