No problems with poslaju,

Skynet on the otherhand :S

Was supposed to receive a parcel the other day from KL to my place in Seremban.

After 1 day, i didn't receive the item. Checked the website, it said recipient wasn't at home. Didn't even leave any notice. Could've called me to check as i could've asked them to give it to my neighbor.

Next day, I called them at 9AM and the girl said that they'll ship out my order later. I called at 2PM again and then she said the item is under 'problem shipment' so the driver didn't take it with him. I told her that I am at home and can receive the item. Since it was a Friday, she said no one will be there until 3 something.

She called me at 3.30PM and asked if I could wait until 6PM. I said sure. Then 4pm-ish, i believe they started their deliveries. At 5.30PM, i received a call from the girl. She said her driver drove to my place, but I wasn't in. He rung the bell but no one came out.

I told her, that I was at home all the while and that there is no doorbell at my place.

This is the tricky part. My house shares the same name with another area that is very very very close except for 1 small difference in the name. Most drivers would get confused and would call me so that I could guide them. This guy didn't even call me when he was outside the house despite having my number on the parcel.

He went back to the office and the girl called me. I explained to her that that wasn't my place and I spoke to the driver. I told him how to reach me and what car I had at home. He finally arrived at around 6.45PM on his motorbike.

Skynet Seremban is terrible.

A few months ago, I was supposed to receive a parcel. It was delayed with no reason , and after calling them up a number of times, finally they sent someone via motor to my place to deliver a parcel at around 6PM. The excuse was that their main driver met with an accident.

A new parcel was sent to me via DPEX and they handed the parcel over to skynet since saturday. I called DPEX and was informed that they gave the parcel to skynet in seremban and i should contact them since they were holding the parcel since saturday. I didn't receive any notifications or information.

Call skynet office in seremban and was told that their driver met with an accident and that my parcel is in their office and that I should collect it on my own. Their main driver has too many stuff to collect so they couldn't send it to me.

Their excuses is just absurd. Now waiting for them to work something out.

Chased them a few times and their excuses never stopped. I told them to have it delivered to me on the same day no matter what.

Received a call from their manager later and said that she would be passing by my area before she reaches home so she'll pass it to me. I met her somewhere near my house and collected my parcel.

Since I will be receiving quite a number of parcels from these guys, we should work some stuff out so they don't get bothered by me ever so often. biggrin.gif
