arrived in Skynet Batu Caves yesterday (Saturday) & waited till 4.45pm but no sign of the courier guy. Tracked again later in the evening, 'Shipment Problem 1: Date: 20 Oct 12 3:00 pm CONSIGNEE NOT AT HOME/OFFICE. DELIVERY WILL BE RE-ATTEMPTED
Delivery has been attempted, the consignee was not present / company closed. Delivery will be re-attempted on 21 Oct 12'.

Skynet's delivery system is a disaster! This is not the 1st time as we have faced delivery problems from this company on numerous times. Last year was the worst, package was delivered around 2 weeks later after numerous calls to the company. Today, I have tried to call Batu Caves & Cheras contact number without any success.

Obviously they have false delivery recorded (not the 1st time as on previous experiences with them).
I expect to have many more excuses from them.

Wah.. i never know skynet was so bad 1 woh... I ordered one item from China. Then reach here on 25/10
I thought i can received the item today, who know it never arrived.

Added on November 4, 2012, 12:09 am ... now I found out why the package didnt arrive.
The address is wrong... a few alphabet of my address are wrongly spelled.

Why didnt the Skynet use their common sense to check the nearest possible address and call my telephone number???!?

I had to go pick up my item myself today. Good thing the place is nearby. The funny part is the office to my address is like about 15 minutes yet they say that they can only post by tomorrow. Not enough staff. How come a courier service like this? We pay for their services, they should send it out as promised.

So far i have used poslaju to send out games and even an ipad to Sarawak. I send today item received by buyer tomorrow. Cannot believe that skynet cannot send parcels on time.

Kesimpulan, I will never ever use skynet.

Agree. Skynet service is getting worst. Their hotline is forever busy, and it takes 2 days to deliver from 1 branch to another.

i call skynet to pickup my doc from my office to send to cyberjaya...already said its urgent, then my fren wait until 7.00pm still didnt come. Next day call them again, the best part when my fren ask why didnt come to the pick up guy, the answer is they didnt know to find my office..wtf...its not the 1st time they come to pick up doc..

Bought some live stock from a lowyat trader.
Sent out Monday according to seller, however due to heavy rain skynet refuse to accept the order.
Ok, nvm, sent out Tuesday.
Suppose to arrived this morning.
However until now still not yet out for delivery.
Complaint to seller, seller called skynet, skynet said they dont have enough man power.
Seller ask me to go and collect.
Tried calling skynet (whatever number I also tried up to 10 more times), the lines always engage, or never had anyone to pick the calls.

Don't know when my things will arrived?
And maybe arrived deadly ... T_T

The next day on Sunday itself . Guy with a bike delivered the item. Wow i was shocked. Thought Skynet wouldnt deliver on sundays

Hi guys, saw the bad review but too late my seller already used skynet. Only thing i can do is track my parcel and see which branch has it then i search yellow pages for the number then call to confirm they have it and go pick it up. Save me the agony of waiting.

Three times using Skynet, I never had problem until the fourth time when suddenly I realize the item is never arrive, then I checked the shipment tracking and found out the the shipment f.u.c.k.i.n.g.l.y delayed twice with problem PC028 thing. But today still waiting for the item. I don't know what is the meaning of PC028 until I found this thread. I really don't understand I just bough something from lelong and never had problem with them until now what the f.u.c.k Skynet.

SKYNET IS BAD COMPANY.

They should not be in the courier service industry. So much bad reputation.

They should do the job to deliver on time.

It is a joke to tell receipient to collect ownself when they have not make any delivery attempt.

Well for me skynet penang service is good. I bought something at taobao via agent at lowyat and the item was shipped with dpex and handled by skynet when it reaches Malaysia.

For your information the item reach Malaysia at 25 Nov 2012 and at 26 Nov 2012 12.45pm I got my item.

Just my 2 cent.

Last time, it took 4 days from Shah Alam to Ampang through Skynet.
