i am here today to share my bad experience with skynet puchong, JB and klang branch...

they are irresponsible

It was late abt 8pm when i wanted to send a bodybuilding supplement..luckily, the branch manager was about to close the premises and i ask him whether he process the parcel, and he agreed and accepts my parcel and will process everything in the morning

4 days pass when my customer complain that they did not received my parcel...so, i call the branch and asked for the branch manager, but surprisingly the branch manager was absent, so nvm, try another day, and still absent this went on for 3 days,

so, a week pass and finally the branch manager call back to me and i asked him about the parcel and he said the parcel is still with him and he " SORRY AR....I LUPA HANTAR".... my customer starts to doubt my sincerity of my business as i delay for 1 week..then i ask him to process the parcel ASAP

Then the next day, the branch manager called up and said " BARANG U DAH HILANG, SORRY"...and my customer rush me again and its been more than 1 week delay...

So, got no choice but to send another parcel out to all my orders costing me RM800++ lost in merchandise ....

Got me delay, tarnish my reputation and costing me RM800++ lost

skynet is just bullshit. now I have to go to their branch to collect my item. im waiting the whole day today at my office for my parcel. now I just called the kajang branch they said maybe unable to deliver by today or tomorrow. duhhh.

f*cking crap courier. poslaju is the best.

Bullshit eexcused from skynet, for the couples of years i havent received delayy excused because of bad weather from any express courier. Duhh.fyi the rain only started at 7pm, from morning till 6pm it was sunny bright day. Urghhh

I was expecting a parcel from Skynet yesterday. It didn't arrive - I tracked online and the status said "Shipment Problem - shipment delay, held in branch".

So this morning I called customer service, who hung up the phone while I was halfway talking. I called the branch to ask what the problem is, and a man rudely told me that my item is out for delivery.

So I waited til this evening, and I tracked my parcel online again. This time, it said that it couldn't deliver, due to "consignee not at home/office" and they will deliver tomorrow. This was utter bullshit, as I was patiently waiting for the parcel from 9am in the morning, and no one delivered.

I called the branch again, and the person there insisted I wasn't at home to collect it. I told her I was, so she said she would call the driver. She called and said "on sorry, the driver couldn't deliver today as his lorry is spoiled". OH REALLY??? THEN WHY DOES THE INTERNET TRACKING SAY I WASN'T AT HOME THEN?!!

She said they would deliver on Monday instead. Forget it, I'm better off going to their branch to collect. FYI, it's not THAT difficult for them to deliver for heaven's sake! It's the Subang branch, which is only 2km away from my house. Why anyone is paying good money for their crap service is beyond me.

I want to send handphone to international countries, can anyone suggest me which courier service is good and cheap? i've asked Fedex and DHL, per box of handphone it cost me nearly rm300 to US. Sigh.

Hey everyone! I'm another frustrated customer of skynet.

I've just started an initiative to compile all of these bad experiences and make them public through local newspapers.
I've decided to do so because of a little research I made on skynet and I believe they are going too far.

It has been going on since 2007 (if i'm not mistaken) until now and NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. Too many losses and items "vanishing".
Pos laju had theirs and now they are improving.

It's time for skynet to receive theirs now.

Last week, my vendor made a mistake of using skynet when I told her specifically to use poslaju. To me they are more reliable and the only problem I faced with them is a one day delay.

So she posted it on Monday and on Tuesday was a public holiday. Supposedly the item would be delivered to me by Wednesday. When I tracked the item it is already at the batu caves branch. I'm staying at Damansara, no fuss no hassle. Very easy to get to my place. I called on Wednesday, called many times and when they finally picked up they told me that the address wasn't complete.

So I gave them the information needed and she told me that by tomorrow they'll send it. So I cancelled all my plans on Thursday and waited. I called them around 1 just to make sure if the delivery is out. The lady gave me so many excuses, about not enough people, she said the item is still at the office and told me to pick it up myself. I told her, "Kalau macam tu, buat apa ada courier service?" She said, "mintak maaf la encik, diorang salah comment ni, kita pun tak cukup orang." I said "Mintak maaf la ye, itu bukan masalah saya. Itu masalah awak."

I said that because the incompetence of your own workers should not be given as an excuse! If something goes wrong, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! You're working there, you have the power. I'm just a customer, you can't expect me to suffer because of your incompetence.

So she promised me to send it the next day. Which is a Friday.

I woke up early and right at 8.30 am I called just to make sure the item is in whatever lorry or van they use and is ready for delivery. I called, doing the same routine. Giving her my tracking number then I wait, the I heard he say "Ooohhh."

AT THAT EXACT MOMENT, I knew something was wrong. She said that this item is scheduled for delivery today bla bla bla. Telling me things I already know and then she said there is no update and she has to go to whatever dept to check if the item is ready. She told me she'll call back.

I waited until 3.45pm I decided I will call them. So when I called another lady said the item will arrive before 5.30
I said "Okay, better make sure it comes. Thank you"

So on 5.31pm I called and guessed what she said.

ITEM STILL IN THE OFFICE. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. HANTAR ESOK BOLEH?

At that moment, I swear I wanted to just punch someone but I tried to handle the matter in civilized manner.
I told her that

"You've been saying that to me for the past 3 days now. You've made the same promises for 3 days now. The shipment was scheduled yesterday and for me to wait today is courteous enough! Now after all those lies you expect me to believe that you'll send my item tomorrow? I don't think I can believe you"

So she proceeded by begging me saying that this time I can trust her. This time just trust her, we know what we're doing. Please just trust her, the item will arrive.

So I asked what time would the item arrive for tomorrow ? (Saturday)

She said before 3. I said "okay then, better make sure this time. Thank you."

So it's a Saturday and it's 5.31pm now.

MY ITEM HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED.


Now, I'm doing everything I can so that everyone who has experienced what I have or maybe worse than I, will have their voices heard through local newspapers.
So, anyone who care to share with me their experiences or have any ideas or can give any help at all. It is greatly welcomed and appreciated.

Poslaju had their bashing, now they're improving.
It's time for skynet now.

they just throw it inside my house without letting me know about it.
and i tot it was some rubbish made by the cats and i drove my car over it.
