Skynet Courier service, Think twice before you use their service

Im not sure how come you guys having much problem on it.. However for my personal experience.. Skynet is the best among poslaju/fedex/dhl in terms of pricing/speed.
Why i could say so ? For normal below 500 gram parcel, Roughly skynet would charge RM 6.50-Rm 8 Depends on area of skynet branch. Poslaju Rm 6 below 500gram. Fedex Rm 12 below 1000gram.
Usually i would take Poslaju or Skynet, However I had complaints of lost parcel with Poslaju 2 times and few complaints of broken item in a year .
Their service? Do you think they really good? If your door house is close, Usually they will honk 1-2 times then byebye... see you again. Your parcel ? will be re-arrange to send for second time. How long? 1-3 days depends on them. If still not claim then your parcel will be send back to their courier warehouse instead of sending to nearby post office. Their online tracking... Tak boleh pakai at all.. Item deliver after 1 day still not updated.
Skynet at least will call to receiver number if there is no ppl around. This was confirm with most of my buyers. Tracking number is updated before 8pm. And what i can say is... i sent more than up to 100parcels /month no lost complaint nor broken parcel and their delivery fast only take 1 day.
Fedex and DHL... Quite well but price slightly more expensive.

They asked for RM10.60 for any item below 1kg, it is consider expensive for me as i am sending 100g-400g items only
