poslaju is expensive but so far no complaints; skynet not cheap to use anyway.

I ordered some clothing via online and it was sent thru skynet. Checked the tracking, it had been delivered on 14th may, signed by someone without name and is number at all. Called to skynet couple of times and finally got the name and ic number of the person who received it and signed. Confirmed it was sent to wrong addresses. I don't know how they could made such a mistake, as this is office address, no one ever send wrongly before because this is a well known n big office. And yet this idiot despacther sent it a hme address.I don't know how are they going to deal with it on the compensation.

Had some problem previously (twice)...
Having the problem with skynet now too...
My consignment was "Out for delivery" from 11am yesterday, nothing received since then... Contacted customer support, no response...
This will be the last time I deal with seller who uses skynet, period. Shitty service, pathetic customer support... Never had such problem with Poslaju (or even snail mail Pos Malaysia)

called skynet at 04-2622999 or their KL number. I even email to their HQ, skynethq@gmail.com. got response from them after an hour of the email.

Yeah did just that. And guess what... It appears they're gonna delay my parcel if I don't call them. The lady on the phone is pretty polite, I give her a big plus for that... I overheard her conversation with the driver, sounds like the driver is so busy, can't make it on time for my parcel by 5pm, he had to deliver by 6pm. So I guess if I don't call today, the driver will likely skip my parcel today AGAIN!!! BTW, the lady did nag the driver, say "aiyo, smlm patut deliver dah!!!", so I guess its the driver's fault.
Anyway... Hope I can get the parcel today... Really swt using their courier...

They promised to get back to me by this morning, no phone call at all till I called them, seems to be avoiding me. ! of their despatch so coincidence dropped by at my office and managed to questioned him on the parcel, claimed that he had sent it to a housing area nearby my office but could not recall which house is that. I called their office and confirmed it had lost, was asked to lodged a police report. The officer claimed they did not know anything, pushed it to the depsatch fault, asked me to speak directly to their depstaher.
I dont know what is this all about, never mentioned about compensation at all, never apologised.

Pathetic, says deliver by 6pm, till now also nothing... What's even better, no one picks up the phone now, and they're supposed to be open till 6:30pm!!! Really hope this company will cap lap quickly...

skynet is a terrible courier service!

and if we called them, they will just gives us lots of excuses!!

I'm about to faint with their service. How can company like this still operating??? Don't these kinda company just go out of business quickly???

hope someone from the Media (thestar, NST, Sin Chew, Nanyang etc) will post Skynet's lousy service in their article.. make them wake up/chap lap (dont care).

As long the public knows about it... we need to keep Malaysians informed of their poor service! also to let Skynet's management buck up or face humiliation!!

Ok... Now the tracking says it is delivered on Sat... Let's see if I go to my lobby tomorrow, the package is there or not... Really sweating big time on Skynet's service...

What should I do with my missing parcel? It sounded like Skynet not going to responsible for it, since they are pushing it to each others.

well i can said it's your own risk you deserved it when you use skynet~
i have parcel every twice per week by skynet, they can take 2~4 days to delivery, and when you called for that, their staff very rude and giving you many excuses, the driver always said don't know my place, but i don't know why other courier can easily reach to my place!
you use skynet, you sucks and your business get sucked!!

Can i ask? Why ppl use skynet? Its cheaper than Poslaju is it?

And saturday I received parcel for something I bought thru mudah.my. The product was faulty & the seller agreed to exchange. So I need to return back... Can ask if such return is covered by skynet? Or I need to pay skynet for returning product? If yes, then maybe I use poslaju instead...
