OK, today they didn't come and collect the parcel after I called them so many times, they promised to come today but 4.45 p.m. called and said they are not coming due to change with procedure. doh.gif

My actual parcel has been collected yesterday but they didn't deliver to me today. doh.gif Never mind, I'll give them until tomorrow and when I get my stuff I'll ask the messenger which branch he is working for. I'll tell him upfront I'll file an official complaint to NCCC or its HQ. Be prepared.

What I don't like about them is we as customers need to call them million times to know the latest status when they are supposed to do that. Every time say will call back to update but none, I have to call and ask myself.

Their CS sucks like there is no tomorrow, nobody will pick up the calls. Everyday busy and later ended our calls. I know I won't let this case sails smoothly. I'll make sure those serving my case will have a hard time.

They are worse when my item was supposed to send to my office, a world's reputable company. No wonder DHL got our deal for courier. Hassle free.

so far Skynet is ok for me

remember there're other people that use their service too. for example if there're 50 parcels ready to be delivered, doesn't mean all 50 must be delivered by that day. in Sepang, i can see their branch here using only one lorry (i might be wrong though) to courier all the parcels around the covered district

alternatively, you can call their nearest branch to hold your parcel, so you can do pick-up, but this must be done early (before they've send their transport for courier job)

one thing for sure, do wrap your parcel with extra foams or papers, because they usually load the parcels into their lorry in a hurry

my guess is, most of the problems faced by consumers are branch-specific: some branches may be doing their job nicely, while some of them do the job like idiots

i thought skynet service should be very good compare to others, i have use it a few time before, all also received around 10am on the next day seller send the item to me, and item also received in good condition too.

but now see a few cases here, i really have to think twice before use skynet. tongue.gif

What makes me irritated is the fact that they lie (ie. blame the recipient not being at home/office) where in fact the receiver had been patiently waiting (ie. cancel appointment for that, waste time, etc). It seems to me that they cannot or will not admit that they did not really deliver, and just push the blame on the customer. Is that professionalism?

My only part which I dislike about their service is when they can't deliver as promised to the customers but still acting ignorant. Didn't update the customers, made thousand of promises that will return our calls but eventually no. What the hell is this! We are the customers, we are not the one to go running around to look for our parcel. Come on, we paid for their service.

And please, their CS can close shop man. What's the point of having CS when the calls will never reach them?

I'm not sure how all these things work, but it seems my case has already drawn some interests from the higher management. Now they are constantly following up with me.

I did mention I'll make an official complaint soon and they have began to take some actions already. rolleyes.gif

Promised my shipment before 5.00 p.m. and it is raining heavily at their side, however they said they will stick to their promise. Let's see.

well i ordered some water cooling stuff and its been 3 days and their tracking shows no such item.........

went to their office and they say cannot find the parcel, and i have the consignment note from the seller........

Sigh...was wondering whether skynet works tomorrow, which is Saturday since I bought something from a shop and had it shipped by today. Unfortunately, they wrote my address wrongly, which is sent to my home town instead of Miri and I'll be leaving my home town on Sunday to Miri for a month. Aiyoooo @.@

bad service arrived my state at 8am and out of delivery at 5pm but I think impossible to get it already by nw..

Will not used 'slownet' nxt time

Edited: They stated that im not at home or office where I cant even heard a single motorcycle or van sound...im sitting like leaa than 10 metre from my house entrance. So its obvious they will blame u not at home when they cant deliver to u after night time.

I think it all comes down to the work ethics of their staffs. Some people get their goods on time all the time, while some don't; which clearly shows somebody was not doing their job.......I've encountered problems like these; both with Skynet and Citylink....no problem with Poslaju so far....

I would like to share something with all of LYN. I think we shud start listed branch of Skynet that has high risk of getting their item lost. Here I would like to blacklisted Skynet Subang since I found that there are 2-3 cases here in LYN involved with Subang.

As you can see I sent my parcel which is PS3 Games (Time Crisis 4 with Guncon 3) to one of LYN buyer here at lowyat. As for the update I wait for the buyer (spivexs) to tell me that the item has arrived or what but I didnt get any message from him until a week after that.. 24/25/26 (around that sept) telling me that they (Skynet Subang) did not found the item in their store.

I called Skynet and they said have to wait for few days to find it. Untill now they never call me. As for me Im in university with no transport so Im busy with assignments and presentation for nearly 2-3 weeks. So this week I go back to KL and today (9 oct) I went to Skynet Melawati (MWT) to ask for an update about my item (of course I know the item eldi gone but might as well try my luck). They say that Skynet Subang cannot find the item and eldi made a police report on 24th sept.. and they gave me the copy of a police report from Skynet Subang and a claimed form.

Ok so here's the epic part. I think this one this guy who worked at Skynet Subang that make the police report is so screw up.. BIG TIME.. He is the THIEF.. why?? ok here's the detail of what he said on the police report.

"Pada 18/07/10 Pihak syarikat perkhidmatan skynet yang beralamat dia blablabla.. menerima barang milik pelanggan iaitu berupa permainan video (PS2) no rujukan blablabla.. barang tersebut akan dihantar ke alamat blablabla.. semasa saya dan rakan setugas en.hussin membuat pemeriksaan barang tersebut di dalam setor simpanan mendapati barang tersebut sudah tiada dalam simpanan syarikat. Tujuan saya untuk membuat laporan ini adalah untuk membuat tuntutan ganti rugi berkenaan kehilangan barang tersebut.."

Why in hell does he knows that I'm sending a video game to my buyer?? HAHA noob. eldi screw up.. say the item is PS2 games somemore (TC4 is for PS3 dumbass doh.gif ). Ok. After I submitted my claim form to them, they (Skynet MWT) said that they will look into it and will let me know. I think I shud make another police report dun u think? sweat.gif

u should do the report, or else they will point your issue to others party.
i complaint this subang branch to NCCC last time regarding their late (few parcel were late), they ask the sender refund the $... rclxub.gif . i actualy wan them to take action to send parcel on time but not request for refund..
