i thought skynet service should be very good compare to others, i have use it a few time before, all also received around 10am on the next day seller send the item to me, and item also received in good condition too.

but now see a few cases here, i really have to think twice before use skynet.

my item sent by seller on 31 march around 1pm. next day i know the parcel will arrived on 1 april, which was yesterday, so i wait at home for whole day, then at night this is what the result i get when i track my parcel.

today i wait till just now, & call them to ask BUT failed, in the phone they stated "customer service only available from monday to friday" WTH??

means if today i still not receive my parcel i have to wait until monday to get information from them?? somemore today i try to track my parcel again, but there stated ERROR OCCURED. even cant track my parcel anymore, dam it skynet!!

ARGH!!!! i really feeling very worse now!! dont know how to say! dont know what to do!
