skynet is totally HELL!

today is already my 5th parcel which is late, no phone calls, totally suck!
parcel send on 4/6/2010, suppose reach today, but they claim NOBODY at home???hey skynet ppl, my house hv 3ppl at home wholeday! pls! no calls card someore, R u doing your job??? i made few calls to skynet, all said our operator is busy!!!

this organisation work fast, but the skynet still the same, no improvement, but if a lot ppl do the complaint to NCCC, i guess skynet will notice that & do well, or else they stil yawn.gif yawn.gif , dun know their staff dint work...

A lot Malaysian are lazy to do complaint, that y no improvement...if all do complaint, sure the service will improve..

but the subang branch is totally useless!!

how many time i'd face the late issue..really really scare to heard skynet! heart attack!

COMPLAINT TO NCCC, I MADE COMPLAINT B4& THEY SETTLE VERY FAST. ANYWAY SKYNET WAS "PUSH" THE LATE DELIVERY ISSUE TO SENDER & WAN TO SENDER PAY THE LOST. doh.gif rclxub.gif HOPELESS ! USELESS! THEY'RE NOT EVEN THINK TO IMPROVE...THEIR BUSINESS WONT GO FAR FOR SURE!

As you can see I sent my parcel which is PS3 Games (Time Crisis 4 with Guncon 3) to one of LYN buyer here at lowyat. As for the update I wait for the buyer (spivexs) to tell me that the item has arrived or what but I didnt get any message from him until a week after that.. 24/25/26 (around that sept) telling me that they (Skynet Subang) did not found the item in their store.

I called Skynet and they said have to wait for few days to find it. Untill now they never call me. As for me Im in university with no transport so Im busy with assignments and presentation for nearly 2-3 weeks. So this week I go back to KL and today (9 oct) I went to Skynet Melawati (MWT) to ask for an update about my item (of course I know the item eldi gone but might as well try my luck). They say that Skynet Subang cannot find the item and eldi made a police report on 24th sept.. and they gave me the copy of a police report from Skynet Subang and a claimed form.

Ok so here's the epic part. I think this one this guy who worked at Skynet Subang that make the police report is so screw up.. BIG TIME.. He is the THIEF.. why?? ok here's the detail of what he said on the police report.

"Pada 18/07/10 Pihak syarikat perkhidmatan skynet yang beralamat dia blablabla.. menerima barang milik pelanggan iaitu berupa permainan video (PS2) no rujukan blablabla.. barang tersebut akan dihantar ke alamat blablabla.. semasa saya dan rakan setugas en.hussin membuat pemeriksaan  barang tersebut di dalam setor simpanan  mendapati barang tersebut sudah tiada  dalam simpanan syarikat. Tujuan saya untuk membuat laporan ini adalah untuk membuat  tuntutan ganti rugi  berkenaan kehilangan barang tersebut.."

Why in hell does he knows that I'm sending a video game to my buyer?? HAHA noob. eldi screw up.. say the item is PS2 games somemore (TC4 is for PS3 dumbass  doh.gif ). Ok. After I submitted my claim form to them, they (Skynet MWT) said that they will look into it and will let me know. I think I shud make another police report dun u think?  sweat.gif

u should do the report, or else they will point your issue to others party.
i complaint this subang branch to NCCC last time regarding their late (few parcel were late), they ask the sender refund the $... rclxub.gif . i actualy wan them to take action to send parcel on time but not request for refund..

I did it too, so far effective & after some period the NCCC will call u back to ask the situation whether is there any complaint bout skynet or want to close case. Problem is the skynet, they only will ask u go back to the sender & ask refund from sender but actually is the skynet fault..haiz...can't even wake up after complaint by consumer...

NCCC will not respond immediately, my expenrience is within 1week will receive letter from NCCC about ur complaint..good luck!

i cannot 100% sure, but they do wil take action..will ask skynet pay ur lost...(i din't know why they ask skynet pay my lost but actually i wan complaint the service, but i dint request any lost cox skynet send me a letter and said that is the sender fault... rclxub.gif , see that, they tolak the responsibility to sender..apalah haiz)
not sure how many day need to wait, but if no complaint, the skynet HQ wont know what happen to the branch.

so do i, disappointed & so scare when know my seller post by skynet, wait wholeday at home but they can claim nobody at home. just rainy, they can claim bad weather..haiz

4days normally is e-parcel service by PosMalaysia, not by courier...

i'm very very worry now,
my sender send me parcel yesterday, but today til now no record in their system & i call to ask, they told me yesterday late & they all were offline already, so only can make it tomorow, but i say i wan change address cox my office is not open tomorow, then the operator said: ok! but tomorow half day, they might not able to delivery to you on sat & maybe will drag to monday!

hey, halo..i suppose receive by today, u must hv to make it tomorow right???!!!!!


then my sender send me another msg after they call to the branch again, they told my sender that:"the lorry the space full yesterday, so today just will send out.".....

har vmad.gif rclxub.gif lorry full???? like this also can happen, then dun promise how fast u can make it!
another problem, mana satu betul, lorry full or late?????



again! another bad experience, im not sure my heart will jump to where tomorow if they are not send to me tomorow ast tomorow is 1/2day, hopefully their operator is not Busy as usual, very hard to get through! sometime dun know need to wait & transfer how many location /line only can talk to the branch incharge...



arrrggghhh...very heart pain now, very worry...

damn skynet ! really f***ing courier

my parcel was posted by sender on 18/11,

this morning i call 3times to subang branch , wat the f*** again tel me will reach me at 1pm, but just now i call again , nobody answer & my parcel not reach me yet!

what the f*** ! i need to take leave on monday to wait the parcel, makes all my receiver late received again!!


f***ing skynet!

i will do complaint again! not too NCCC, if possible i complaint to all newspaper!

WHY SKYNET STIL EXIST IN MALAYSIA WITH SUCH SERVICE! WHAT FAST? WHAT RELIABLE!?

i really wan to cry out, i seem hopeless, there is nothing i can do, i call HQ, then the f***ing line tel me call back in their office hour, call to subang branch, nobody answer, i tot they work til 2pm today, the girl told me 100% , very confirm will reach me b4 1pm, now i know why,she told me 1pm so i cant get any call to them after 1pm!

i've asked few time of the confirmation of arriving & also i tel her this is urgent which suppose reach me yesterday but the sender branch there said lorry penuh??? what reason is this?
plus i stil tel her to ask the driver call me when reach cox my door bell rosak, now shadow pun tak de!

i hope i can go to their office now, but i dun know where is their office, im not local

take leave is the only way i can do now, i will f*** them on monday morning! already made complaint to NCCC, i wan to one day salary back!

anybody know where else i can do complaint besides NCCC? im really wan them disappear in Malaysia!

a moment later, the person who handle this email (skynethq) fwd and email, which contains me complain and his/her 'order' for d person in my branch to contact me and arrange delivery.

the person in my branch (kuching) replied. cc to me. whoa...nothing formal at all. even questioned back my complain with lots of "????", where's the mesra pelanggan there? no apologize or anythg. not that i asked skynet to kiss my as* but if they kindly reply with good explanation and use good language...i will be..u know..less angry, less worried.

they are big business. i really disrespect him for using such tone on his email.

i just hope my parcel reach here tmrw or im dead.
and no, i dont plan to use skynet anymore. never.

no need email them, they will never reply..i've email at least 5-8times for a parcel, for my past 5parcels, can said bout 40emails, langsung tak reply...now only use the time to write complaint letter to NCCC, no point complaint at skynet HQ, waste time!
it will waste ur time & phone calls $ if call u HQ, they will simply transfer u to others line, then u hv to wait wait wait, lepas tu tak betul, transfer another line, wait wait wait...finally doo.doo....doo.dooo... this is my experiences...the worst excuses for their late for my parcel are....lorry penuh cannot fit my parcel, cannot hantar my parcel on time, lepas tu...driver just inform his 24hrs resignation...haiz..useless
