yesterday, pos laju delivered my parcel at 6.30pm. i told the delivery man that i tot i will never receive it for that day coz i wait for the whole day since morning. and he said, actually he got a call to off work at 5pm, but he said he decided to make more delivery. so good that man.

today, i just got a call from skynet said that my parcel had arrived at their office and asked me where am i now? where my house at? can i go there pickup? then i said i can pickup at mosque nearby my house since the delivery man only know that mosque. so, he said ok and will call back later. i guess this one will deliver by van.

last week i also got call from skynet ask me where my house is coz he cannot find my house. actually my address not complete that time. after i told him the correct address, he deliver straight to my house. this one delivered by motorcycle.

If sending to office / corporate address, their service is superb. I think those dispatch boy don't dare to play with those office address

If sending to home address, u'll enjoy it. Parcel Missing, can't find the place, ask u collect at office, the dispatch boy take the parcel home and etc.

send to my office is good, but if send to my house~ wait wait wait and wait...wil never come...

compare to poslaju,will we get cheaper alot?

For me all courier service is the same EXCEPT if you want to pay more for FedEX, DHL or UPS. And MAX liability they pay only RM100-RM200 per parcel missing

Now I choose Kangaroo for my courier service due to few reasons

1. Previous Skynet, GDex & Poslaju, missing parcel rate very high and scary + damaged parcel/item
2. Although Kangaroo sometime bit slow 2 days arrival, so far I never experience missing parcel with them
3. Cheaper and staff helpful when facing problem (only applicable KL branch). Manager also not "lansi", sometime "belanja minum"

Conclusion, better slow then parcel gone missing. Imagine you send RM1k VGA card they only pay you RM200 for it. Damn "rugi" ler....

i have lately lost my parcel with Skynet. the branch lost my parcel is Skynet Subang, according to manager who made investigation.



i think skynet subang is having problem....

O.O i thought im the only person have problem with skynet. They send my parcel to wrong address. Thank god nobody claim it. Plus the deliery boy keep my parcel rather send back to office. S**k B**l skynet.

i wont b using skynet anymore...

What the heck today I have my worst experience ever with Skynet. So, I bought something from LYN and the seller sent the stuff from Sitiawan. At the same time, the seller has two more parcels.

And these blind guys simply stick a consignment slip on the parcel, so what happened was they have exchanged my parcel with another buyer. The slip was taken off from the parcel and I was asked to sign, then I signed and was rather puzzled with the size of the parcel. My stuff is a small item but it was wrapped rather in big size. Then the guy left, I quickly opened the parcel and notice it wasn't my ordered stuff! Checked at the bottom of the parcel it was stick with the other buyer's details.

Damn but the messenger guy has left within a blink of eye.

Quickly called their CS but nobody picked up my calls, had no choice but to contact the seller to solve for me. Luckily he is a nice seller and helped me to solve and made them call me.

They called me and said I can only receive it on Friday, I asked why when both of us are in KL, can't they collect now or early tomorrow then resend to me in the evening. They said can't. Only knew how to apologise.

Oh ya, they wrote my number wrongly as well. In fact the consignment slip wasn't written by the seller but Skynet's staff.

I'm speechless now.

For me,Skynet service very good.
Cause they always come to delivery to my house very early.But lately they come abit late la (about 11 am).Haha,everytime I received the thing with good condition
