Skynet so far still acceptable. Though I did have some bad experience with them which is actually mis-communication but still tolerable.

To me after trying so many courier services, I still think that Poslaju is the best. On time all the time. Maybe because the postman knows my house and everything is delivered on time and in good condition. thumbup.gif

What the heck today I have my worst experience ever with Skynet. So, I bought something from LYN and the seller sent the stuff from Sitiawan. At the same time, the seller has two more parcels.

And these blind guys simply stick a consignment slip on the parcel, so what happened was they have exchanged my parcel with another buyer. doh.gif The slip was taken off from the parcel and I was asked to sign, then I signed and was rather puzzled with the size of the parcel. My stuff is a small item but it was wrapped rather in big size. Then the guy left, I quickly opened the parcel and notice it wasn't my ordered stuff! doh.gif Checked at the bottom of the parcel it was stick with the other buyer's details. doh.gif

Damn but the messenger guy has left within a blink of eye. sweat.gif

Quickly called their CS but nobody picked up my calls, had no choice but to contact the seller to solve for me. Luckily he is a nice seller and helped me to solve and made them call me.

They called me and said I can only receive it on Friday, I asked why when both of us are in KL, can't they collect now or early tomorrow then resend to me in the evening. They said can't. doh.gif Only knew how to apologise. doh.gif

Oh ya, they wrote my number wrongly as well. In fact the consignment slip wasn't written by the seller but Skynet's staff.

I'm speechless now.

OK, today they didn't come and collect the parcel after I called them so many times, they promised to come today but 4.45 p.m. called and said they are not coming due to change with procedure. doh.gif

My actual parcel has been collected yesterday but they didn't deliver to me today. doh.gif Never mind, I'll give them until tomorrow and when I get my stuff I'll ask the messenger which branch he is working for. I'll tell him upfront I'll file an official complaint to NCCC or its HQ. Be prepared.

What I don't like about them is we as customers need to call them million times to know the latest status when they are supposed to do that. Every time say will call back to update but none, I have to call and ask myself.

Their CS sucks like there is no tomorrow, nobody will pick up the calls. Everyday busy and later ended our calls. I know I won't let this case sails smoothly. I'll make sure those serving my case will have a hard time.

They are worse when my item was supposed to send to my office, a world's reputable company. No wonder DHL got our deal for courier. Hassle free.

My only part which I dislike about their service is when they can't deliver as promised to the customers but still acting ignorant. Didn't update the customers, made thousand of promises that will return our calls but eventually no. What the hell is this! We are the customers, we are not the one to go running around to look for our parcel. Come on, we paid for their service.

And please, their CS can close shop man. What's the point of having CS when the calls will never reach them?

I'm not sure how all these things work, but it seems my case has already drawn some interests from the higher management. Now they are constantly following up with me.

I did mention I'll make an official complaint soon and they have began to take some actions already. rolleyes.gif

Promised my shipment before 5.00 p.m. and it is raining heavily at their side, however they said they will stick to their promise. Let's see.
