whey... whats wrong with u people. I am not seamonster... this has been speculated few times already.

My mistake was I thought both irenic and seamonster does not want to bear losses for their own mistakes... which later I found out is not the case from later explainations.

I am not siding with anyone here, I can obviously felt some of you picking on me just because you think I am siding with seamonster. I am just responding to a request for public opinion... which I gave one. If you are not willing to hear a public opinion, then you must state so in your posting that "only people who sides irenic can respond"... that will make it easier for everyone and you dont have to see a newcomer aka "noob" like me geting involved.

sometimes seamonster can be really sarcastic and tongue twisting. one second this price, next another. but i guess he's okay.

Guys, lets just stop speculating if TSD is seamonster or wat, it doesn't lead to the settlement of this dispute.

Storm, what you said do make some sense here, i just hope that someone can help check if this proc is a retail or OEM, so it will be fair for both parties.

2 buyers had contacted me asking an advise about Seamonster. the 1st guy, i din know him. but i kept telling him i don't dare to answer others business that is not related to me. 2nd guy is my dear friend. I even sold almost all my 2nd rig's item to him. Yet i can't give him my C2D proc. so i asked him to find one. days later he got to offers one from one guy (Can't tell who) and another from seamonster.

he asked me about seamonster, as usual i went through seamonster's transaction and i believe he can be a good seller. So i risk my words for him and told my friend that he can buy the proc from him. Seamonster done good job by sending it on time. for the 1st proc. So my friend tested once on his new bought mobo and got some severals prob arise... So he tested it also to another mobo. same prob. He told me the story and i asked him to call seamonster. Good for him, seamonster ask my friend to post back the cpu and days later recieved new one and works well till now.

what can i say about seamonster is. He can be trusted for a (newbie?) to do some transactions...

irenic,snap a pic of the proc that seamonster sold u,list the batch number down.

while izzani snap a pic of the box when found it,if both match,then confirmed it's retail unit from izzani.

at 1st, seamonster & me also got a minor controversy/argument on the lcd i bought from him; after few rounds of discussion, fortunately in the end we managed to reach a consensus... hope seamonster could settle with ts peacefully

if u guys wanna a middle-man, me and moderno are happy to help u guys in proceeding with the refunding and returning of the product via courier

Mr. Irenic can bring in the procs to our place here and we'll take a snap pics when irenic handling the processor

Mr. Seamonster then can bank-in to my account for the amounted refund value...only then we'll ship the processor on behalf of Mr. Irenic using my Corporate Poslaju Account to Mr. SeaMonster (with the notification of Poslaju Tracking ID)

after 1 day delay (due to my hectic schedule), i managed to meet seamonster's friend at lyp yesterday.. i returned the proc and he refund me back rm700.. so i think i can say the case is closed..

morale of the story:

1) do not lose ur poslaju / courier receipt

2) ensure the seller provide everything as in agreement

3) seller and buyer has to discuss professionally n peacefully.. things will become easier if both party can tolerate and respect each other. instead of talking big and egoistic..

i agreed on item#1 & 3 but as for #2, i have some concern...
say if i buy a lcd, is it the buyer's obligation to ask if the accessories (power cord, dvi cable & ect) is included or is it the seller's obligation to inform upfront should there is any accessories is excluded? i chose for the latter as by default, i believe all the selling item should comes in one piece (with accessories included) unless otherwise stated by the seller. for instance, if a seller sells a handphone, he should posts the charger along with handphone right? even the charger is not mentioned

well just to make it clear, a simple pm asking the seller what is included in the deal would help avoiding future misunderstood.. so seller shud also cooperate by listing out wut item is included
