hi everyone..

i think many of u guys know bout this guy, nicked Seamonster.. he keeps selling good used stuffs at cheaper price while accept trade in.. normally he sells processor (OEM and retail)

ok here is the case,


wednesday:
i wanted to buy from him one Q6600 retail, then i also said i want to trade in with one of my E2160.. so he said ok..
i have to pay him RM540..
I agree with that, but i said i need the q6600 to be in my hand first before i posted out my E2160.
He said ok, but i have to pay him full amount first. I asked how much, he said RM700. I agree with it.

thursday:
this is the day he shud posted out the processor... later in afternoon i asked him whether he already posted or not, he said he cant post it yet bcoz he still waiting for the heatsink + receipt from the guy he bought the q6600 (remember he is a trader)..
but i said i need the cpu fast so just post the processor first and the rest of the stuffs later. he said ok, he will post the processor today and the other stuffs on friday..

Friday:
i got the item..


The next week:
I still didnt receive the other stuffs..
I posted out the E2160 on thursday to one address he gave (shah alam)

The week after:
I didnt yet receive my stuffs (the heatsink + receipt)
and he also didnt receive my cpu..

this week:
i tried to solve with him in Pm but in the end of the day he refuse to entertain me.. He also acted sarcasticly in PM..

Today:
i try to solve thing and only ask him to admit his mistake.. but he dun want.. instead he challenge me to open this thread coz he said he wants to see if he can win against a 4k post senior member..

Ok, the problem here is both of us dun keep the poslaju receipt.. so we failed to prove it to make things easier.. On my part, i already bear my loss (for the E2160) and seamonster dun have to refund me back..

it's like i'm buying the Q6600 alone.. not trade in..

but for Seamonster part, he didnt want to admit his mistake when i asked bout the heatsink + receipt.. u know, i dun really care bout the heatsink + receipt.. but if u bought sthing retail, and agreed to have those stuffs, surely u want it rite? and in this case the stuffs means more esp for warranty purpose..

i PMed him few times to discuss, but he keep asking where is my E2160... and try to avoid the heatsink + receipt that he lost...

just imagine,

if u buying a used car + trade in with ur current car.. while waiting for the loan process suddenly ur current car was stolen.. but u already got full loan for ur new car, can the usedcar seller decide to not sell the car to u? coz u already paid and he already got the money from bank..
can he keeps asking where the **** is the my old car? and decided to hold the new car document?




Honestly, i didnt plan to open this thread.. but he challenge me to do so.. So i open it.. I have pride as well.. not just him.. If he thinks he got so many follower due to nice stuff he is selling, then that's it..

I dun care who is wrong here. i believe both of us are wrong, by loosing the poslaju receipt.. but i believe both of us have to be responsible.. i responsible for the E2160, he responsible for the heatsink + receipt.. that's it.. In the end who doesnt want to be responsible, he is the one who is loosing..

Fyi, i also had another one E2160 lying around.. but i dun think i can replace the missing one and give this to him.. coz for what had happened..

Maybe u guys can advice us what shud i do, and what shud he do.. I hope this case can be solved easily bcoz for me, it's a very small matter.. the amount involved is very small, just rite now i think Seamonster has too much ego in him...

now i'm asking for honest opinion from u guys, no matter if u r my friend, if u think i'm guilty then i'm fine with it.. same with seamonster.. this is the 1st time i open thread here and i want thing to be solved fairly..

he said i have to open this thread on behalf of him and kucingfight ( the guy who is supposed to buy the E2160 from him) .. so here is another suggestion i want to ask..

am i dealing with Seamonster or Kucingfight? so what ever happens with the processor is between me and seamonster.. for kucingfight, he needs to be responsible for kucingfight, not simply by pointing finger to me when sthing goes wrong..

just imagine:

if u buy some faulty stuff from me.. and the stuff i got from other forumer .. can i simply point u to blame that guy and i just relax goyang kaki? as a seller / trader, i've to be responsible to u coz u r my customer.. then only i blame the guy who sold the stuff to me.. am i rite?

RM540 + Q6600, He Should Send Me The Whole Set Processor + RM540 Just I Can Send My Q6600 To Him..

But He Told Me To Help Him Abit.. Coz Don't Have Extra Processor , No PC To Use..

I Regret That I Accepted His Request.. Made The Trouble Worst ..


He Told Me He Sent The Processor( To kucingfight address of coz, coz kucingfight paid me rm200 ).. On Thursday, Should Reach At Friday Or Latest Also Delay Within 1Week..

Few Weeks Later.. kucingfight still havent received the processor..
i keep updated him...

Since Took Long Time To Wait, I Paid RM10 For Apologize For My Customer Pending..

This Monday Already 3Weeks + Still Havent Received, I Dissapointed And I Refund Another RM210 To kucingfight
So Total I Refunded To kucingfight is rm220 Although He Paid Me rm200 for the E2160.

I Made Alot Apologize To kucingfight since he pending on long time..

kucingfight told me , Just Request irenic the Tracking No. To Check Where Is The Processor La..
Ok.. I Did That..

irenic Told Me What? "Sorry, I Lost The Receipt.. Can't Provide You Any Tracking No."
And Then Terrible You Guyz Know? What He Said?

Ok simple. Let's get straight to the point. I'm the buyer of irenic's E2160 which goes thru Seamonster (middleman).

Let's get things straight fwd buyer seller relationship. I don care what's goin on with Seamonster & irenic . I'm dealing with Seamonster.

Point is, i haven got the proc (e2160) till today. By all means, i don hav any intention to scam. If i've had receive it, i will let u know. If i haven received yet, i will let u know aso. All this while all packages had been diverted to this similiar address and i've got no mising packages ( over 100+ packages til today)

Off course both parties can counter sue each other that they had sent, but bottom line is, irenic claimed he had sent to me but i've not received it. So who's to be blamed? You show me the poslaju shipping code, and i'll keep my mouth shut. simple

The funny part is why sender didnt give tracking code and buyer also didnt request?

Usually i will give tracking code once i posted..so far i never recalled i never gave.

One thing from my side, i've settled the payment with Seamonster on E2160 and gave him my add. So i did not know what was goin on between them. I'm juz doing my part in the trade.

Hmm i guess if u really tried hard, u could check with postlaju eventhough u dont have the tracking code..
But if u give details like posting date and address they could check it out....and that is only if within 15 days b4 they trash the records.

the initial buying price from Seamonster was rm200

And he refunded me rm220 after 1wk+ of waiting.

I think he's an ethical person, bearing the 'extra' cost of compensation. I do feel bad for him
