and in the world we are living rite now, only words are not enuff.. how to prove it is a real retail one without receipt of purchase or box that shows the same stepping as the one i'm using...

izzani has tried his best to show the pic, and to give guarantee bout the retail proc..

but to anyone who is in my boot, does those makes ur life easier? no.. in case there's something goes wrong with the cpu, still i cant do anything eventhough it is a retail one..


so since Seamonster is online but simply dun want to enter this thread (so far), whut shud i do? i want him to be responsible.. i dun want him to keep selling stuff outthere, pretend like this is not related to him.. hope mod can help me solving this case..

Seamonster deal wif two ppl for the E2160, kucingfight and someone(called A),
then ask TS post the item to A only,

A received the item, kucingfight get nothing~
and the item is posted by TS, so Seamonster pointed to TS din post the E2160,
but he no need responsible with it bcos the item is posted by TS...

he refund +20bucks to kucingfight, actually he oredi earn a E2160 money,
lost 20bucks but...... errmmm

dont simply say anything without prove,keep the 4 cent to urself.

so right now he has lost the sink and receipt with the box.

irenic,i think replace with one 775 hsf can get the wearranty since the heat sink has no any ID on it.

huhu it's hard to prove it.. and i rather not to think that far coz it's no good to have a very2 negative thinking

well yeah.. but rite now seems seamonster is being responsible by offering me to return the q6600..

IMHO,the buyer didn't know about this. buyer thought the items already at the seller's hands...

well, its damn confusing, no one faults.. and need to remember keep receipt. for stuff like that

in my opinion,

seamonster should take back the Q6600 form irenic and pay back RM700 to irenic.

BUT... irenic should also pay Seamonster for the E2160 that he lost, because technically that E2160 at that
moment when it got lost belongs to Seamonster ( because its already in transit, so deal is already done... owner is Seamonster and irenic lost it ).

It is a fair thing that each part pay for their own mistakes.
