but a good seller is not just by selling cheap stuff, or give highest offer.. but also how they offer their after sale service.. in this case, i buy from u a Q6600 retail complete.. but u only gave me proc and lost the other stuffs..

i hate to think negative, coz i also have no prove to say that this is an OEM proc.. just bcoz i dunno it doesnt mean it is an OEM..

and just bcoz he failed to show his poslaju receipt, it doesnt mean he act dun have the stuffs..

but if can think the other way round, so do i.. and that's just reveal his mistake..more mistake i mean..


i dun care if this is OEM or retail... i've been thinking to keep the proc as backup once penryn is released.. or maybe i can sell at very2 low price due to lack of details (warranty status esp..)


and rite now i dun think he will gives me the heatsink or receipt since he said he already posted to me.. but if he lied, then i can simply forget this matter if he post me the receipt later on.. Only receipt is enuff, no need hsf.. i can just think this as one of problem in online dealing

Earlier irenic already say he pay full price (which is RM700) because he want the proc to be in his hand first before trade the E2160 to you for the refund of RM160. NOT trade yet. You only trade it after you refund RM160 to irenic and you receive the E2160. So at this situation now, irenic is buying this proc from you and haven't trade yet because the package missing. AND if buying from you should get the full package (means the receipts and HSF) rite?

i thought it's really his boss coz i know he owns a shop in pahang.. i thought in shah alam is really his boss..

Maybe the problem is f***g Pos Laju.My package got delivered after 1 week from the date I posted last week.The one who posted the item should go to post office and try check the postal.

yeah after consulting few ly.net members, most of them said seamonster might be cheating me by selling OEM proc.. so the best way is to ask for full refund..


act it is very simple.. if lost again, and i dun have receipt, i'll bear the loss..

if i have the receipt, i wont have to bear the loss, but we can ask poslaju to track the parcel..

it's so simple yet someone named seamonster cant understand.. hmmm

for me it's not about seniority..even that guy is moderator, elite, staff, safe trader or 10 stars member also if he is wrong, than he is wrong.. the reputation wont cover up ur mistake..

like me, i already a senior member and already granted a safe trader.. can i easily blame any prob to my buyer or selles just bcoz of this reputation? NO! i still have to follow rules and ethics to follow.. if i break it, i have to be responsible..

easy for TS to ask him personally...

since u also lost receipt for that proc...that receipt the only one can prove that proc retail not oem...except u previous owner come here and clarify it...
