There's a "Freeze & Unfreeze" button. If you are worried you can always freeze the card when it's not in used. One way to protect all the unauthorised transaction.

withdraw cash also need the fund from somewhere wat. fund doesnt drop from the sky and walk into bigpay wallet mah.

follow your scenario above: if you reload bigpay using cc, but somehow deducted from cc, but not in bigpay, how? what if bigpay banned your account and not allow you to withdraw at all, how?

err.... if i reload bigpay using cc, but not in bigpay, i lodge a report to my cc company to deal with la!

Have you encounter amount deduct from bigpay and no cash come out? If yes, did bigpay refund the amount back to you?

Yes I admit I am fan boy but I will not hesitate to terminate the card if it doesn't give any benefit to me.

Currently I can get xe.com/money changer rate when I buy things online form overseas. No bank cards in Malaysia can give me that privilege. So why should I use other card when BigPay can save me more money?

2nd, I am able to get 5% + Cashback anytime of the day of the year with the right credit card. I don't need to fulfilled certain criteria or shop only on weekends. So why restrict myself to bank cards and limit myself to only spend on certain days of the week? I want to do groceries shopping from Monday to Friday, no problem as BigPay will be earning me Cashback.

That that will never happen? Pftt....... If yes people will be complaing here edi wat.

i encountered this scenario （atm withdrawal, amount deducted but app shown transaction failed) twice past few months.......need to wait 7-8 working days only the money will release back to bigpay account

Actually I have cancelled my transaction before, money came back into my BigPay account. I don't need to lodge complain or anything.
