Go to CIMB cash deposit machine, select payment to credit card, key in your 15 digit tune card number that display on top of the card.
Read the Fees and charge before you use this card.

I find it good for making online purchases, and the fact that it allows me to budget.

Their card replacement policy, however, is total crap! After receiving my card, I didn't receive the second mail with the PIN, and it's been over 6 weeks!

I called up customer support, told them I didn't get the second mail. I was rather disappointed with what they told me. Not only do I have to replace my card (meaning it'll take another 7 - 14 days to process the replacement, and then there's re-delivery, etc), I'm going to have to pay the replacement fee - for something that wasn't even my fault to begin with!

Anyone here got their new CEO's email address? Tried googling Joyce Lai's tunemoney email address, but couldn't find it.
Plus their customer service rep told me to send my complaints/issues to assist@tunemoney.com, and that there's no other email I can send it to - which I find rather hard to believe tongue.gif

This card is going to charge you RM2.50 for no activity in any month which comes to RM30 per year. This is in the new T&C starting in Dec 14.

previously i use cimb airasia saving acc to reload my prepaid card and only use it to buy airasia flight tickets to save RM16 charges.

Now I think no more free service charge reload anymore too.

So its quite useless I think.

Can we withdraw our existing BIG debit card balance from ATMs ?
I think I'm going to cancel my new BIG debit card cos of the high RM16 processing fee.

i suggest you all to check the fee structure before accepting the new card. they are basically killing their product.
