i tried it 3 times at different shell station but still cant use...is it must have a lot balance only then can use at petrol pump coz i only have RM30 inside it  tongue.gif

i just wanna test 1st, if can use only then i put more money in the card  biggrin.gif

Asus,
From what i know, all debit card usage/transaction at the petrol station, RM200 will be blocked from your account. This is to make sure you have enough money in your account to be credited. This same charges also goes to hotel booking and some other stuff. However, they will return the RM200 back to your account in 2 days.

If you want to use your tune card at petrol station , you must have more than 200 in your account then.

khairilz, you are right! if you want to use tune card at petrol station, you need at least RM 200 in your card. that is the standard hold amount required. this don't happen to credit card because you already have "credit" in the card.

the last time i had less RM 100 in my card, it didnt go through. but after i reloaded RM 200 into my card, the petrol went swimming straight into my tank baby! rclxm9.gif

Just to inform everyone here that TuneMoney has severed all relations with Pos Malaysia.

Now if anybody apply for the card, it will be delivered to your home or office.

You can also top up at BSN, CIMB and any participating e-pay outlets (7-11). Good news for us right smile.gif

Thinking of getting one . . . so got some faq

1. Reload must be by CIMB counter and not from cash deposit machine ?

2. The card can be use in all VISA outlets ?

Thanks. Need the additional clarification. smile.gif

------------------------------------------------------------

Pros :

Paypal
Limited to cash in account
Use at all Visa outlet ?

Cons :

Slow transfer/processing (the worst is 1 week)
Bad customer service (if anything goes wrong)
Online statement sometimes down
Extra charges (a few bucks there and here)
Unfavorable exchange rates

The last i check reload can be done at CIMB, BSN, e-pay or direct debit from selected banks. Cash deposit machine don't support reload.

yes, the tune card can be used anywhere...as long as they accept credit card (Visa, Master etc) cause they use the same terminal.

Aiyah...most of the prepaid / debit card in the market has a limitation of cash in account. put too much also dangerous right? smile.gif

Online statement down? never experience that before though. try again next time...it works for me! rclxms.gif

can reload the tune money directly from cimb clicks? since there is one option at pay bills part which shows tune money and then cimb ask for the card number and the name on the card. is this one of the way to topup the tune money card?

Signed up for the card but now thinking twice after reading this thread.

Deposited RM100 into the card but haven't send IC copy yet. If I ignore it for 30 days would Tune refund the money back to my bank account?

Just asking only. Thanks smile.gif

Go to CIMB cash deposit machine, select payment to credit card, key in your 15 digit tune card number that display on top of the card.
Read the Fees and charge before you use this card.
