Actually, the site was fixed after I've posted my post here, but what's worst is what happen today for my 200 bucks is currently stuck in cyberspace... I reloaded my tunemoney earlier today through FPX, but even though the amount was deducted from my bank account, all I got was a message that the transaction is in temporarily pending...!! No top up on my tunecard!! And no response to my emails yet!!

yeah.. me too.. reload yesterday but still not in my account yet. transaction pending 2x.. this service sux big time.. and ate my rm80.. huh..

Have ya emailed all the related parties on the matter like ya bank, meps and tunemoney? Well, that's what I did early today (again). Both meps and tunemoney responded (business day only I guess) and they have assured me that they are looking into it now and they will keep me update, no response from my bank though...

I hope this won't take too long, I need that reload. I have a preordered item coming soon next Monday.


PS: Fixed, my reload had passed through... icon_rolleyes.gif I'm a happy man now. Thanks to MEPS and Tunemoney.

Hi, i am also facing the same problem.

I cant load the webpage at all.

en...if the tunemoney still like that then i am going to close my acc le.

I am still using it even though there are some misses... biggrin.gif But it's still an infant and so there will be much room for improvement and I glad to be part of it...


Added on June 20, 2008, 11:00 amFor anyone finding them unable to see any transaction or make any reload today, don't worry, tunemoney is currently 'upgrading they system' now or something like that and they have now a new customer care centre number which is 'local call cost' only which can be reach even without going through a fixed line (Yes, I've tried it just now) - 03 2092 8555.

The thing is, when I have collected my card, where do I activate it? Because there is no link or option to activate the card in my TuneMoney account page.

Anyone having problem with tunemoney these few days?
I can't reload.
I can't even find the "reload" button.

This is the screentshot exactly after I click the "Tune Card" button.
There should be the reload menu just under "Tune Card"

& is it normal to have the "please contact our customer care centre at 600 83 7999 for assistance"?
The number does not exist anymore.

I called CS but they don't give any definite reason or solution.
They said it might be system glitch but this had occur since last Friday.

I think you have logged-in into a fake site... I tried to top-up and haven't had any problem at all...

nope. not possible.
I never click on links to M2U or tunemoney.
I go there using my bookmark.

There is a possibility that they block the card due to my numerous transaction with US online stores.
But when they asked for my card number, they didn't mention anything.
