i had this same problem too. they claim citylink delivery has received bad feedback. i told them to stop using them.

same thing happened to me, bigpay cs just give me tracking number and ask me to check with citylink.

the card arrived on next day after tracking status "delivered"

Off topic..

Me also have bad experience with citylink.. I still remember that time was my CIMB replacement card. When online checking said delivered. Called to their CS check also said teh same..then no choice called CIMB asked for another replacement. The day after, the card arrived..what kind of service? Zzz

My last top up took couple of hours to be reflected. Is this a norm to you guys too?

My colleague did weekend morning and it was reflected in the evening. Luckily the price still remains.

Lesson: reload a day earlier at least.

Just used for grab but only can add the bigpay into GrabPay on Grab website, app cannot add bigpay.

Also used for easy book.

And no big points given to both Grab and Easy book under transportation category.


Update : today status changed from Pending to Settled, 2 Big point granted for easybook charged RM40.

may take up to 5 days or more to update the status to "settled"

i tried on grab app and grab web can't add bigpay prepaid card shakehead.gif

given this error message "Error occurred, please try again later."
