i had this same problem too. they claim citylink delivery has received bad feedback. i told them to stop using them.

in relation to --> after keep on hitting "save" finally the pop up to input OTP popped up, payment gateway busy ke hmm.gif If you check the FAQ section in the app - it says for now, cant use this card for Grab and they are working on it.
