Went to Pejabat Tahniah & Galian Penang yesterday, want to pay RM100 using Big Pay, at their system to issue receipt, they need to select bank, but no Tune Money to select. So at the end use a Stan Chart card to pay.

can consider to write an email to them, for their accounting department to update the system..

i just paid rm10k at pejabat tanah perak 4 days ago, transaction went through. for pejabat tanah perak accounting system, there is no need to select bank, only have to record master or visa

Land is state matter, local authority of individual state may have own system with different payment engine integration..But no harm to write for request which enhance the their system to help citizen.

Last time i had the same situation using Big Prepaid MC, but when they asked which bank is this, i just said CIMB since its also red in color hahaha.

no. the status is "pending", means the transaction is not posted / their system is not updated yet
