top up big pay card - earn 1 point for each RM50
pay with big pay card - earn 1 point for each RM20

the point will be round down
example,

pay with big card with amount RM19.99=0 point

We heard you! Now, you only need to add a minimum of RM20 to your account to get your BigPay. Are you ready to start saving time and money?

anyone reloaded BigPay using credit card(s) NOT registered to your name?

e.g. use your parent's or spouse's credit card(s) and reload BigPay.

p/s: Unker from Post #668 got issue with this, i wonder how's the treatment/policy, in a sense that, do they ban you outright?

Tried 2-3 times before, no issue. But better not to do so after the ban action started

Legally not right. Your parent shall use his Credit Card to top up his Bigpay card, then he transfer the Bigpay credit to you.

Top up using spouse card few times no problem.

BTW, Big Pay cannot be used at Myeg for renewing road tax, 1st merchant I encountered cannot use.

Found this on the net:
Most issuers consider the purchasing or loading value onto a gift card or other prepaid card as a “cash equivalent” transaction that is subject to the cash advance fee and interest rate.

Anyone has been charged by any creditcard for reloading BIGPAY or Lazada ewallet?

I've emailed them recently regarding this issue and this was their response:-

"Good day!

There is no restrictions to which card you're gonna use for reload, as long as you have the sufficient details like OTP. smile.gif"

I asked cause I needed to help company to purchase air tickets, and wanted to reload using company's credit card.

You can do a google search.
It is quite common for MCC 6xxx. Quasi Cash.

It is also clearly mentioned in your BigPay App - Fees and Charges - Reload / Top-up Charges.
But it is not implemented by local banks yet, regulated by Bank Negara.
