fresh grads need to find a job where they could learn and develop themselves. no point getting so high salary just sitting there and waste your time.

Is that after deducted the tax? From what I know, taxing there can be up to 50%

before taxes, after taxes will be around RM 13,000
even though the taxes is very high, but its good for retirement smile.gif

you get back almost the same amount(25k) during retirement smile.gif

wah...13k? then how much u manage to save per month in ringgit?

I think it will be fair, if given the salary and standard of living, the most important is how much u can save per month
Is your salary considered as above average in stockholm compared to those working there as well in same field?

I'm taking up new job starting next year-Jan 2009, presently working in Singapore. The reason i'm taking this offer is because i foresee i have better opportunity in this new field & since i'm among the first 30 to be employed by this company, management position is kinda assured plus attractive benefits.

Salary : RM10k

pretty cool dude...im 5 years your junior and I'm amazed. I take that you begun working at the age of 17 and studied parralelly?

respect must be given where necesssary and I think you've done well my friend. i especially like the bonus and share options scheme.

Yes i started working when i was 17, packed my bag & off to S'pore. Started off as Production Operator & slowly climb my way up to tech, snr tech, Associate Engr, Snr Associate Engr, Engineer & Snr Engineer. Yes i did my degree as well.
